days gone by [open...ish]
Who: Terra, Urashima, and Terra's CR who might be worried or just want to visit
Where: Shiva's Temple
When: May 30th
What: Well Eraqus was a zombie in the event. Terra is not doing too good right now
Warnings: Talk of death? Possible flashbacks?
[There was a gym on the first floor, sure, but Terra needed to be outside today. He moved a few of the apparatuses, grabbed the Urashima-like practice sword he'd found in one of those weird shops, and hasn't been inside since then.
He'd moved that all out after dinner last night. It's now around lunch time.
Terra may not be doing all that great.]

When Terra had begun to move things around, he thought this meant his god was taking steps to recovering but then a day had gone by and... well, he felt like he hadn't seen him since. So around lunch time, Urashima appears with a tray of sandwiches, a small bowl of candy, and green tea. He watches Terra train for a moment longer before he calls out, )
Terra? ( It's quiet, like he's a little sorry to be interupting, ) I brought you something to eat.
( Because when you don't eat, you become sad so eating should fix some of that, right? )
no subject
[Terra looks up from his practice and suddenly stumbles a bit, clearly having been ignoring how he was feeling like crap until he suddenly couldn't]
Whoa. Uh, thanks, Urashima. What time is it?
no subject
( He'll set the tray down on a table beside them. It isn't much, but considering the very limited things Urashima can make, it's the best he can do. )
... Did you sleep, last night?
no subject
...maybe? Not long, if I did.
no subject
You haven't been sleeping very much.
( He's noticed. It's hard not to when you live together. )
no subject
[AKA since the parade]
I'll be fine, promise.
[He says as he yawns]
no subject
I'm sorry. ( He looks down at his hands. Even if it wasn't his own hands that did it, it was still him. ) I hurt someone special to you.
( And he frowns. He'd helped Pippa kill Axel last time too. )
And now, you're sad too, aren't you?
no subject
[Is he...blaming himself? Urashima no.]
I was sad before all this, Urashima. You didn't do anything that I didn't need to do--don't be sorry.
no subject
You were?
( Already sad? It makes sense... when he remembers the things Terra said. It's his fault his teacher was dead, he'd said, and though he doesn't know the whole story, he learned enough to know it was something Terra didn't like about himself. Hated? It's difficult to tell with stronger emotions. )
no subject
Yeah. A lot of terrible things happened right before I got here and it's not easy to deal with it all. Seeing...the parade and my friend Aqua leaving before that haven't helped.
no subject
It's a vague answer that doesn't give him a lot to work with and he isn't one to push more than he needs to, )
Mmm... so you were sad before and you're sad now. ( How... sad. It actually makes him sad too! And he tries to think of what he can do to make things better. He can make small meals, help around the temple, and try to not cause any trouble. But that just seems to be making things easier instead of actually fixing things. ) Can you tell me?
( Maybe if he knew a little more, he could help. )
You don't have to if you don't want to.... but I want to understand you. ( Yeah, ) Not just because you're my god but because you're my friend too.
no subject
He probably should talk about it but at the same time he isn't sure how. Trying to warn people about Xehanort was one thing, but that was before Eraqus's...zombie showed up. It was a real slap in the face regarding things he'd tried to ignore for now, needing some time to breathe.]
It's...I'm not really sure how to explain everything, but basically I was tricked and manipulated into doing a lot of things that I know now are terrible. Including...including killing my teacher.
no subject
But you didn't know at first. So you thought they were good? ( This is what he's gathering. ) When did you realize it was bad?
( Before or after he killed his teacher? It sounds like after but how long after. )
no subject
[He looks down, eyes screwed shut]
1/2
Sometimes good people do bad things. That doesn't mean you're a bad person and I think your teacher knows you're a good person too. He still called you his, remember? ( The first clue that this Eraqus person was important to to Terra was when he'd begged his student for help. ) That doesn't make things right or better because they're still wrong but someone who's sorry is better than someone who doesn't feel sorry at all.
( Hmm, he feels like he isn't explaining himself very well at all. He's no good at these heavy emotions. )
no subject
( And his voice lilts, going up, as he does his best to cheer up. And now he's just going to clap Terra's cheeks twice, like, it's going to be okay, sad earth turtle, and he grins, )
Mmm, I'm not very good at this, heh heh! ( An embarrassed laugh, sorry, Terra. ) But if you're sad, I'll help you get better. As long as you keep me, I won't let anyone hurt you or your friends! And I'll make sure you do the right thing.
no subject
And he is not going to end up like Ventus, Terra will make sure of it.]
That's probably about all I ask, really. They're my issues and you never met any of the people I'm talking about. Though if you ever run into someone named Xehanort, just run the other way and try to get a hold of me, okay? I don't care if he's a shinki or not.
no subject
( If he's ever in trouble or runs into this guy, he'll find Terra right away.
But it looks like Terra's cheering up some so he skips back, )
And now you have to let me help you, okay?
First things first! We're going to clean up! If you want to train, you can train later but you're going to eat and take a nice long nap.
no subject
He chuckles a little]
Alright, alright. Whatever you say, Urashima.
no subject
Hi Terra! Nice to see you again!
[And she jogs up to the massive stone structure.]
no subject
[He looks around, nodding at the girl]
Oh, hey. Kairi, right?
no subject
That's right. So this is your place.
[She's still trying to take it all in, and is taking special note of his practice area.]
no subject
[He sets his sword aside, a bit unsure what to do right now. He's been so far in his head that being out of it is...confusing]
It's a weird temple, but I like it.
no subject
Oh yeah? How about... what's the weirdest thing about it?
no subject
It's hard to explain. It just doesn't feel like a temple, more like a really big house. There's a sauna, even.
no subject
[She laughs.]
Okay, that's pretty weird... unless you're a god of saunas, I guess.
[She taps her chin in amusement.]
Or would that maybe be all kinds of baths and salts and those things that make it more than getting clean?
no subject
[Almost as an afterthought:]
The bathrooms are nice, though.
no subject
That's basically what I meant. There's getting cleaning in a tub of water because you have to, and then there's just enjoying being in the water.
[But then she walks closer to Terra just to continue the conversation.]
So, not the god of saunas. God of... practice dummies?
[She's trying to make a joke.]
