Who: Roxas & Raichi Todoroki
What: Prayer #11, aka help someone find a job!
When: June 7th sometime
Where: Near Shore
Warnings: Nothing because what even are these two but cinnamon rolls around each other when destroying stuff isn't involved.
[Finding a job. How does one go about that? Roxas' experiences with that amount to looking at the billboard in Twilight Town, being assigned missions (is that a job?), and indentured servitude under the Witch. Jobs were never that hard for him to get. Some of them were actually enjoyable, but nonetheless he's only had good experiences in finding something.
Why is it so much harder in the Near Shore?
Roxas had managed to swipe a copy of the person they are helpings resume, which he had to look online for to find out what the heck that was supposed to be, and... wow, this is awfully short. No wonder the guy can't get a job.]
Should we look around? Or find one of those wanted ad pages in a paper? There's a lot of options.
[Online, paper, signs, word of mouth, billboards... this was going to take a while.]

Thank you for your patience ;_;/ <3
Either way, Raichi's under the impression that there's an awful lot of unnecessary work to go through in order to find necessary work, and there's only so much effort that he can delegate to unnecessary work... It's too exhausting!!]
A list is probably easiest, right? [Wanted pages... that's a good place to start! A bunch of choices compiled right there! Nice and easy!] There are probably all kinds of things in the paper! [So even someone with so little experience could find something.]
no subject
Hmmm... Roxas nods and walks into a convenience store. A few minutes later he comes out with two news papers and some pens.]
There's wanted adds in here. You take one and I take the other. Okay?
no subject
Sure! [That sound easy enough! Let's just open that paper up and flip through the pages until the wanted section comes up...]
Some of these seem kind of, uh... [Shady? Specific? Trite?] Weird. [Is this one for maid services? Their guy probably won't appreciate being shoved into something like that, will he?]
no subject
Yeah... what do you think an escort does? The ad says men and women can apply! You think it's like taking people to an from places?
[No. That's not it at all. These two need adults.]
There's ads for dog walkers.
no subject
[That's what that word means, after all...! What else could a job like that possibly entail? Nothing. That's what.
Someone please help these kids]Ohh, dog walking is easy! That would be a really fun job, right? [Just play with dogs all day! What could be better?]
no subject
Yeah... But what if he doesn't like dogs?
[Dogs are great. At least his dogs are. 99% of the time.]
Oh! They've got a job... Folding envelopes?
no subject
But it might be good to find a few other options, too. Just in case.]
That sounds easy! [...] And... kinda boring. [If he's being honest.]
There's one here for a cleaning service. [It's more like 'a maid service' but it just really boils down to cleaning either way.] Cleaning's not that hard.
no subject
He nods and moves on down.] It's like not fun origami.
[Cleaning service...]
Circle it! He might like cleaning!
no subject
Is origami fun? [Raichi sounds genuinely curious, as he's pretty sure he's never actually tried it before. At least, not since dying and all that? But it's just paper folding, so he's not sure where the appeal comes in.]
no subject
[Otherwise he gets mad and throws all the paper on the floor. Roxas has no patience.]
There's a tutoring job. A lot of tutoring jobs.
no subject
Maybe one of those would work! [It's a sound theory, but also...] I don't know what kinda stuff this guy would be any good at teaching though. [Don't you need to be an expert at something to teach it? Maybe??]
