Left behind...
Who: Elise (one open for anyone and one closed prompt for people at Odin's temple)
What: Konzen has disappeared and Elise is on her own. She's gonna cry about it.
When: Mid June(still waiting on the exact date)
Where: On the way to and at Odin's temple
Warnings: Sad little cinnamon roll?
[Waking up in an empty space where her god's temple used to be is jarring all on it's own. But she's been here long enough to have heard the stories. She knows what this means.
She spends the first few minutes looking anyway. Calling out for Konzen, or Haru. Even though she knows better. She's on her own. An hour or so of sitting and feeling sorry for herself does precisely nothing to help. So now what?]
Open-
[Leo had said that if anything happened, his temple would always be open to her. So that's where she's heading. But her slow plodding steps are hardly like Elise's usual cheerful demeanor. Her eyes are downcast, and tears sometimes slip down into the fish bowl she's carrying.
Perhaps someone should ask what's wrong? Or ask why she's carrying a fishbowl.]
Closed to people at Odin's temple-
[Knock knock. It's Elise and her pet fish. And she looks like she's about to cry.]
Hi....
[Her breath catches in what is very nearly a sob]
C-can I come in?

Hi....
[Her breath catches in what is very nearly a sob]
C-can I come in?

Of course, Elise. What's wrong?
no subject
M-my god, he.... he's gone.
[Aannd here come the tears.]
I woke up today a-and he was gone and the temple was g-gone and- and everything!

[Leo ushers her in, holding out his hands for the fish bowl so she doesn't drop it]
Come here.

Hello!
[ She gives a bright smile, one she thinks is very friendly looking. ]
Are you lost?
no subject
[Is she lost? Not exactly. Elise knows where she's going. And how to get there. But... she feels pretty lost right now....]
Maybe...
no subject
[ What an odd sort of answer! One is either lost or not. But she decides to inquire further to see where the confusion lies. ]
Well when I think I'm lost, I try to picture where I want to be. [ That could be a physical or emotional place. ]

Elise... what's wrong? Did something happen?
no subject
[Wibble]
I-
[Sniffle. She tries again.]
My god just-
[sob.]
He's goooone!
[There we go. And have all the blubbery tears as a bonus.]
no subject
[He doesn't hesitate at all in walking over to her and wrapping her up in a hug. Well, as best he can around the fishbowl, anyway.]

He pauses for a moment, confused, before breaking into a brisker walk to catch up.
Isn't that Konzen's other shinki? What was her name -- he can't remember.]
Hello! What's wrong?
no subject
[What's wrong? A lot of things. She'd been lucky enough to get a nice god who looked after her and supported her even thought she wasn't all that good at being a shinki. And she'd been working so hard to get better so she could help him.
And now... now all of that is just.... gone.]
I'm... all alone.
[That about sums it up.]
no subject
He speaks quietly.]
Konzen's disappeared?

Or looking even less than happy.
So, naturally, it piques Izumo's curiosity and concern, prompting him enough to approach her.]
Is something the matter?
no subject
When she finally looks up, her eyes are brimming with tears.]
My god.... disappeared....
no subject
Izumo gives her a gentle smile.]
I'm sorry to hear that. [A glance at the fishbowl.] Do you want to sit somewhere for a bit?

I'm not. But I couldn't leave him behind...
no subject
H-hey, I didn't mean--you can take it for a walk if you really want to, but--
[He cuts himself off, and sighs. Yeah, he has absolutely no idea how to deal with crying girls.]
Er... I'm sorry? [Maybe that'll help?]

no subject
Konzen disappeared. And I....
[Sniffle.]
