Summary: Training sessions for everyone to learn more about their abilities and jobs!

Many people have been wanting to know more about their abilities and what they are required to do here in the Far Shore. So, in conjunction with Bishamonten, the Heavens have seen fit to offer an open training session for everyone to participate in. Here you will be able to learn anything and everything about what you should be able to do and what is expected of you in your new positions.

Bishamon's temple is sweeping and gorgeous, having previously been home to hundreds of shinki. She has graciously offered to hold this training session and will be available to help anyone who needs it.

Equipment

Various kinds of mannequins and dummies have been provided for practice, as well as targets that are either stationary or move, depending on your will. Punching bags, jumping blocks, and a large pool area have also been provided for your use, so that you can find a tool for pretty much anything that you might need to practice. Plenty of practice weapons of various weights, sizes, and shapes are also available upon request from any of the many white-clad shinki that are also attending today.

God Training

Bishamon herself will be the foremost source of information regarding being a god and what is expected of you. It is also encouraged that gods group up together to practice what they've learned and discuss their ideologies. Random groupings can be provided by the mods or you may come up with your own groupings together.

Shinki Training

Various shinki are available to help with shinki training, including Kazuma and all of Bishamon's shinki. Additionally, the white-clad shinki will be more than happy to train you on using the borderline and some of the basics of what is expected of a shinki. It is also encouraged that shinki group up together to practice what they've learned and discuss their ideologies. Random groupings can be provided by the mods or you may come up with your own groupings together.

Refreshments

There is a refreshments table provided. It is covered with light snacks and various kinds of hydrating drinks. There is a little sitting area set up for people to relax in after they have finished their training or if they're even just taking a quick break to cool down. The Heavens want you to stay in good condition!

All of us got brought here for a reason. It's a big goddamn responsibility and if assholes like you don't take it seriously, it makes the rest of us look bad!

[As he snarls at him, Yuri stalks closer until he's right up in his face.]

[Danikken doesn't like to start things, but he's been known to finish them. He doesn't have a hot anger like Yuri--his runs ice cold. He doesn't back away from the blond in his face.]

I care if I'm exhausted, and I care if I'm disappointed. Being here "for a reason" isn't a good enough excuse for me to blindly follow someone's orders. I've done enough of that and I know exactly where it leads. I am done serving anyone who calls themselves gods. I don't care if it's a big goddamn responsibility or not.

You think people out there praying to whoever will listen want to hear "nah, I don't feel like it?" You think your shinki want to be stuck with a selfish dick who doesn't give a crap about them?

People can pray to someone else--apparently there are others who actually want this job. [People who get angry about someone else's opinion and resort to name calling. People who are obviously very godlike. People like you.]

And if I had some kind of personal servant, your words might actually mean something. But I don't. So they don't. And as it stands right now... [He takes a moment to pause as if he has to think about it. He doesn't.] Yes, I'm perfectly okay with you thinking I'm a selfish dick who doesn't give a crap about anyone.

[Mostly, he's giving zero craps about you and your opinion, Yuri.]

Oh, they didn't give you one, either? Well, if you suck at this that bad, then they'll probably ship you back to whatever crapsack place you came from. Don't even bother moving into your temple. Just fuck off.

[There's an unusual amount of venom behind those words. Sure, he's plenty mad at this guy on his own merits, but there's someone he's even madder at and he can't help that bleeding through everything he says.]

[He sees straight through that "either." It's pretty obvious that his anger isn't entirely directed to Danik--mostly because Danik can't imagine a sane person being this angry with a stranger over something Danik doesn't even see as an argument.

After all, they are in agreement with each other about the important thing: Danik doesn't belong.

Unfortunately, the hint that there's something else entirely eating at this self-called god is what gives Danik the feeling he should at the very least try not to make this person's day any worse.]

Sounds good to me. Let's hope we don't meet again.
