[Forrest has never had a sleepover before, so he's pretty excited to host one at his temple. He sends out invitations ahead of time to everyone he can think of, letting them know to bring pajamas, snacks, and even a friend or two if they want. He's clad in a frilly pink nightgown with ribbons and bows for the occasion, and he's temporarily converted Lakshmi's audience chamber into a space where the guests can all party and sleep. It was already mostly full of pillows to begin with, so all he had to do was move some more in and set up some tables for snacks and things. One of the tables conspicuously contains all of his beauty supplies, because like hell is Forrest hosting a slumber party without makeovers. Anyone who shows even the slightest bit of interest will get their makeup, hair, or nails done. Soft music and the scent of lotus blossoms drift through the air, creating the perfect atmosphere for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.]

((OOC: If you've got a teenager that Forrest has talked to more than once, assume he invited them. Friends of friends are totally welcome as well. Everyone can feel free to put up their own toplevels, and everybody tag everybody and mingle to your heart's content!))

It's called makeup. People use it to make themselves prettier.

[Well.... that's just silly. If that's what they're for, then why does Forrest have them? He's already pretty.

Maybe he thinks the guests need to prettier? He points to himself. Does he need this?]

Do you want to try some, Senri? I can help you put it on.

[Forrest gestures at the table where he has it all set up.]

What colors do you like? Point them out for me.

[He nods. Senri is curious about this stuff.

Let's see.... he likes.... blue, yellow, brown, and gray.

Good luck with that combo.]

Would you like me to paint your nails for you?

[Forrest smiles, pointing at Senri's hands.]

[He doesn't quite understand what means, but... sure. He nods and holds out a hand.]

All right. Hold your hand very still for me, all right?

[He won't bother with a clear coat for Senri, not certain he can adequately explain it in a way that will be meaningful. Instead, he opens up one of the four colors he'd named before, holding it out for him to get a brief smell before dipping the brush in and slowly dragging it across the nail.]

[Senri watches with fascination as Forrest swipes a small amount of the strange paint on his nail. Which is now blue. It's not until he gets to the third nail that Senri finally understands.]

Ah!

[Colorful and shiny! It is pretty. He likes it. He can't wait to show Roxas!

Who will clearly be interested. ]

[Forrest smiles, continuing to work.]

[nodnod. He does. And so many different colors too!

He also likes the tiny little bottle with its built in brush. That seems handy. Senri wonders if it could be used to paint other things.]

Here, let me paint the other hand to match. Then you can go and show Roxas!

Yes, both of them should be done before he shows Roxas. He can't wait.]

All right, I'll start the other one, then. Make sure to be careful with them - they'll need to dry after I'm done.

[Oh. A very serious nod. He'll be careful.]

[Forrest smiles back at him as he starts to work on the other hand, making the colors match the ones he'd done minutes before. And soon enough, he's finished!]

There! All done. Be careful not to smear the polish. You'll want to blow lightly on your fingers to help them dry.

[Got it. Senri is actually very careful to make sure they're dry. Wouldn't want to mess them up.

Once they are thoroughly dry, Forrest get a thank you head pat, and the bear is off to find Roxas.]
