[Forrest has never had a sleepover before, so he's pretty excited to host one at his temple. He sends out invitations ahead of time to everyone he can think of, letting them know to bring pajamas, snacks, and even a friend or two if they want. He's clad in a frilly pink nightgown with ribbons and bows for the occasion, and he's temporarily converted Lakshmi's audience chamber into a space where the guests can all party and sleep. It was already mostly full of pillows to begin with, so all he had to do was move some more in and set up some tables for snacks and things. One of the tables conspicuously contains all of his beauty supplies, because like hell is Forrest hosting a slumber party without makeovers. Anyone who shows even the slightest bit of interest will get their makeup, hair, or nails done. Soft music and the scent of lotus blossoms drift through the air, creating the perfect atmosphere for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.]

((OOC: If you've got a teenager that Forrest has talked to more than once, assume he invited them. Friends of friends are totally welcome as well. Everyone can feel free to put up their own toplevels, and everybody tag everybody and mingle to your heart's content!))

[A look of confusion paints his face because he doesn't know who he's referring to before he shakes his head.]

Ah, the name's Lavi, and I was invited here by Kairi.

Forrest! The one who owns this temple!

[Lavi, you gotta know who's temple this is!]

Ah, Kairi invited you? I'm Sora. It's nice to meet you!

[You know, apart from getting water dumped on him.]

[Well, now he knows.

He grins.]

Nice to meet you, Sora.

[Despite the wet hair and the shiver he's getting from it, he smiles.]

Are you having a fun time? I know there's lots of girly stuff here but still.

The girly stuff doesn't really bother me.

[Not as much as it is to tease people with.]

But it is pretty fun here.

That's good.

[He grins.]

So how do you know Kairi?

[She's a lot like Sora, adopting friends wherever, so he's got an idea. But it's something to talk about.]

[Lavi is quiet for a moment, thinking.]

We've met at the beach party.

[And from there they just kept on meeting.]

[He nods. Sounds like something typical of her.]

And now she's dragging you to girly sleepovers. Sounds like she likes being friends with you!

Well, she's pretty fun to hang out with, too.

[oathkeeper]

[Sora laughs.]

Too true. I'm glad she's making lots of friends.

So are you a shinki or a god?

[lostinshadows]

She doesn't seem like the type who would have trouble with that.

[A blink before he grins.]

Take a guess.

Lucky! Well there's only two to pick from.

[He grins playfully.]

[Lavi laughs.]

You still couldn't have gotten the answer on the first chance.

I guess that's true!

[There really should be some sort of way to tell between gods and shinki, but that's pretty unnecessary in the long run.]

So you and Kairi are good friends then?

[To him, it doesn't matter who's who unless the situation calls for it.

So, he's just going to switch the topic.]

[He doesn't know Lavi well enough to share how close he and Kairi actually are, so for her own safety he says,]

Yep, she's one of my best friends!

[But that's it, he doesn't want a detail to slip to her by mistake and for her to get hurt. He smiles warmly though.]

She seems to be a good friend to have around.

[If Lavi's noticed anything, he doesn't show it.

But there is a considerable fondness at the mention of her, though. He likes her well enough, at least.]
