[Forrest has never had a sleepover before, so he's pretty excited to host one at his temple. He sends out invitations ahead of time to everyone he can think of, letting them know to bring pajamas, snacks, and even a friend or two if they want. He's clad in a frilly pink nightgown with ribbons and bows for the occasion, and he's temporarily converted Lakshmi's audience chamber into a space where the guests can all party and sleep. It was already mostly full of pillows to begin with, so all he had to do was move some more in and set up some tables for snacks and things. One of the tables conspicuously contains all of his beauty supplies, because like hell is Forrest hosting a slumber party without makeovers. Anyone who shows even the slightest bit of interest will get their makeup, hair, or nails done. Soft music and the scent of lotus blossoms drift through the air, creating the perfect atmosphere for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.]

((OOC: If you've got a teenager that Forrest has talked to more than once, assume he invited them. Friends of friends are totally welcome as well. Everyone can feel free to put up their own toplevels, and everybody tag everybody and mingle to your heart's content!))

I'm waiting for your proof. Besides, who said I can change out of it? As far as you know this hat is actually my head. I don't have any eyes under here...

[Under all that quiet intensity and fervor, Dust does in fact have the makings of a goofball.]

[His shenanigans makes her burst out laughing, one hand curling around her stomach and the other at her mouth.]

I bet you don't! How many fingers am I holding up?

[She holds up three, grinning.]

None... once I bite them off. [Dust bares his teeth, despite being unable to keep a serious look on his face, and then snaps them shut.]

[With a high giggle, she dares to reach over to flick his nose. While she might not remember it, the daring atmosphere of a circus does wonders for a person's lack of fear.]

I'd still have some left!

[Dust's nose twitches slightly, but he otherwise doesn't react to the flick. Though that takes a little willpower.] But they wouldn't be held up.

Yeah they would! ....Right?

[mithrarin]

No, Wendy. I'm only biting off the ones you hold up.

[nopixiedust]

Oh. Well, so long as I have my other fingers, it's fine.

[mithrarin]

[Perhaps relevant to the conversation, Dust lifts a finger to make a point.] Doesn't that depend on how many fingers you were holding up to start with?

So does that mean you think I was holding up every single one of my fingers?

If you're smart, you were holding up someone ELSE's fingers.

Are you saying I didn't?

If you were, my answer of 'none' was still right.

[She snickers into her hand.]

Right, because holding up someone else's fingers is totally ethical here as well.

Listen, if they're letting a random little girl use their fingers that way, then that sort of thing is only to be expected!

[Another laugh into her hand, and she eases up.]

Anyway, even if you're not into the mood for messing with your appearance, at least enjoy the food and find some way to have fun.
