Who: Yona and castmates/adjacent CR
When: The days after the Age-Swap Event
Where: Yona's Temple
What: Catch-all to deal with fallout from the new arrivals and things discovered during the age swap event. Also probably a picnic.


[ The day after time is restored to normal, Yona sticks close to her temple, mind still reeling from what she had learned and the hectic events of the past few days. Between the arrival of her two newest shinki and some of the conversations she'd had with companions over the past few days, taking some time to process it seems the wisest of ideas.

But even though she doesn't venture far from her own temple, it doesn't mean she doesn't welcome anyone who stops by for a visit, clearly happy to greet anyone who stops by. Especially if they are people she needed to talk with anyway.

As for those staying in her temple, she does her best to make sure they get settled and comfortable, answering any questions she can to try and make this new arrangement as smooth as possible. And if there's a sudden resurgence of bad dreams in the aftermath of one particular shinki coming back to live in this place with her... well. She does her best to hide the evidence of it. ]

[Even if Zeno had heard, it's fortunate for both of them that he's already well aware of Jae-Ha's general behavior-- and the fact that it's generally harmless.

Well, if you have to be assigned a job, it might as well be one with easy access to alcohol. He does seem like he's enjoying himself.

His main job is being a god of youth. He doesn't have to do the serving thing here, he just really wants to do it for fun! He likes to cheer people up.

Speaking of servings, do you want some sandwiches or chocolate cake to go with the wine? It's better to drink with food in your belly!

Is that so? I'm easily pleased and amused so I wouldn't know if he's actually good with other people! I know he's kind anyway.

[She offers him both a slice of cake and a ham and cheese sandwich.]

There you go! Are you familiar with either of them? I tasted them for the first time here, like a lot of dishes. This place is filled with wonderful food and drinks.

I'd say it's difficult to go wrong with any kind of cake, but I think I'll follow your lead and try both.

[Why not, after all? He takes a plate in each hand, tilting his head as he examines the sandwich in particular.]

I've never had one of these before, but it looks simple enough. You're fond of them?

Alright! [She beams and nods.] I didn't know about chocolate or bread when I got here so it was a surprise.

They taste good, yup! It fills you up less than rice balls but they're good for light meals like this picnic! You can put anything you want inside the bread. These have ham and cheese.

[He gives it another curious look before he samples a taste, looking pleasantly surprised a moment later.]

I'll have to heed your recommendations from here on out if they all turn out this well.

Ah, thanks! It's good, right? I'm still learning about the food they have here. People have been teaching me since the first day I got here. They have these stores as big as several rooms and it's all full of food and drinks and supplies.

Yup, that's exactly it! But it's one big building with all these shelves, and cold boxes to keep food fresh. It can be overwhelming at first!

Perhaps I'll have to visit the Near Shore before long and see for myself. It sounds marvelous.

I can take you to one if you want! Stores are pretty great, and there are all kinds of merchandise. I haven't gone into the clothes markets, but I've seen the windows. Zeno sometimes comes back home with dresses for me that fit me almost perfectly! It's so weird!
