[Forrest beams right back at her.]

Um... where do we go, then?

Back to the house!

[And she runs off in that direction, straight to her bedroom, and finds the bathing suits she'd convinced the older teens like Roxas and Sora and Goten to purchase for her. There's only a handful, but enough for both of them to pick a 'favorite' and then change.

Kairi motions to a very frilly one.]

Do you like it?

Oh, it's beautiful!

[Forrest bounces on his heels, clapping his hands.]

[She's so excited that he likes it. She hands it right to him and picks out one of her own.]

Okay! Let's go!

[And she runs off to the bathroom to change, giving him her bedroom to change.]

All right. I'll just be a few minutes, then.

[He looks pleased but slightly apprehensive when he comes out, hoping she'll like the way he looks. Tiny Forrest isn't quite as confident yet.]

How does it look?

[Both hands go up to her cheeks in shock - which hopefully he doesn't get too upset by in the 5 seconds she stays like that - then she folds them in clasped hands over her chest.]

We both have pretty frills!

[She uses her fingers to fluff the two layers on her own swimsuit, not intruding into his own space - just mimicking the same spot where the frills on his own suit start. His just keep going, which make it a lot easier for to ignore any physical differences between them. He just looks cute in it, hence her pleased expression.]

So we can match when we go swimming together!

[She'd really just been grabbing quickly and based on color before, so it hadn't occurred to her at first. Now she's all excited to go swimming again. She doesn't even bother putting shoes back on - she just grabs a towel and hands it to him then holds one for herself and gleefully runs out the door, waving for him to follow her.]

[Forrest shuffles his feet nervously until she speaks again, and then his face lights right up.]

Mmhmm! We both look so pretty!

[He takes the towel before eagerly following her out.]

[Kairi is just so excited to go swimming, to go swimming with a friend, to go swimming in a cute bathingsuit, and to go swimming with her friend who is also smiling because he's wearing a cute bathingsuit. It's just a really awesome day now.

So off they go, racing through the sand until they reach the edge of the sand, where Kairi very dutifully lays her towel down several feet back from the line the dark sand makes.]

Up here!

[Instinctively, she knows that will keep their towels wet.]

Ready?

[Because if she gets a nod, her hand is going to his hand so they can splash down into the tide together.]

[He gladly takes her hand, only a step behind as she goes running off toward the tide. Forrest has never played in the ocean before, so he's letting her take the lead just a little on this. But it isn't long before he's laughing and having a great time.]

Here we goooOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

[She's going to be enthusiastic enough for the both of them, just in case he gets a little scared at the last minute! Don't be afraid, it's so much fun!! See!!]

WHEE!!

[And splash splash splash in she goes, still holding his hand if possible, all the way up to her knees.]
