What: Prayer 49
One would never have expected a death god to have received a prayer that had anything to do with romance. But Baron Samedi held sway not only over death, clearly... and perhaps fortunately for the Baron (wherever he was), the reaper who had taken over his work was no stranger to things of that nature. It seemed like a simple enough prayer: get in, find their worshipper, sweep her off her feet and make sure she gets home in one piece. Simple. Almost as if it wasn't a job at all.
Or it was by some twist of fate that their venue that evening was called Le Baron. It was with the smallest amused smirk that Ronald looked up at the club's name as he adjustedthe Baron's his signature top hat over his brow.
"Ever been in a club before, Rei?" he asked, glancing over his shoulder at his shinki as he tucked his cane under his arm.
