A – Exploring various occupied temples

[Any temples that have animals typically lingering about or living around them with will easily attract Goten. He doesn’t mean to trespass. The thought never even crosses his mind as he explores around outside of said Temple. (or inside some of more open temples). Frogs, bugs and other catch-able critters are going to be targeted for a game of cat and mouse. Other bigger creatures, he’s a bit more careful with, just trying to approach or pet them. Birds are subject to both of these considering Goten can fly. It’s all in harmless curious fun! But look out, he's not always paying attention to where he's going if he's chasing something!]

B- Training – Abounded Temples

[This has become practically second nature for Goten to linger around and about the various abounded temples that take up space. Not only for exploring reasons but training too! It’s one of the few places he can do practically whatever he wants without worrying about hurting or hitting anyone. Blowing stuff up is also okay because these temples don’t belong to anybody!

The young shinki can found either practicing his borderlines. He's learned two now. One that makes a barrier-wall and a cutting one. The cutting one he can actually do pretty well.

When he isn't practicing shinki things, Goten smashing up large pieces of rumble by punching them or throwing a various number of rocks in the air before blasting them down with energy as if trying to make some kind of target practice. Which is easy considering he can predict where the rocks are falling.

Regardless of which kind of training he's doing, if he notices any on lookers or someone passing through he'll flash a big smile and wave.]

C - Out and About

[It’s worked like a charm before so why not test it out more! Goten has quickly found that his new favorite shinki spell is Umbra. Of the three he has learned, this one is considerably the most fun! It worked so well before too! Much like he had done with a group of friends, he is testing out just how well it works.

If you feel something hovering around you or eyes on the back of your head, Goten is probably lurking about. He means no harm but he is curious and playful. So don’t be too surprise if the item you place down suddenly goes missing or ends up across the room. Goten isn’t that stealthy despite being completely invisible and can still be heard.]

D – School

[With ‘encouragement’ from the various adults he looks up to, Goten has been trying to get the hang of school. As much as he adores Hakkai and Izumo it’s all not that interesting to the demi saiyan. Yoon had gotten him to read through cook books but other than that….math and other academics quickly make his eyes glaze over.

But he is trying.

Done with classes for the day he’s still hanging around outside on the school grounds. Anyone passing by can see the messy haired child sitting on top of Nimbus,parked just under a tree. The familiar cloud just hovering a few inches above the ground with few books sprawled out over the yellow fluff and Goten skims through one before falling back. He lays on his back, book over his face as he lets out a quiet groan. He’d rather train his body, not his mind. Time for a break. ]

I'm surprised you haven't seen snow.

[There are plenty of places in the world where snow falls, after all, even in the summer.

Fortunately, they do make it to the temple before more snow begins to fall, and they'll approach a Japanese estate. Compared to the stairs and the rest of the mountain, the temple itself seems clear of any snowfall or rain.

In fact, it seems to be in the state of early spring.]

...Here we are.

Your place is big! It's really just you here by yourself?

[He tugs on his hand gently, looking from the estate to Hitsugaya.]

[freezetheheavens]

[Toushirou glances at him before he gives a nod.]

It is.

[Come, he'll lead you inside. It's not really decorated yet since he's still adjusting to being here.]

[sonofson]

Don't you get lonely being here alone?

[Goten will happily follow, his eyes quickly looking about with wonder. Seeing different temples is always fun because they're all so different from one another.]

[freezetheheavens]

No. I'm used to it, so it's nothing different.

[Instead of leading Goten through the entire state, he'll just lead him to the back where a vast garden awaits them.

He lets go of the shinki's hand.]

Besides, it's easier for me to train without having to worry about anyone getting caught up in it.

It's not good to be alone though.

[Goten frowns at him. With Hitsugaya being a god, he has his memories so if he's use to it then he must of been alone a lot. He doesn't like that. As Hitsugaya lets go of his hand, Goten's grip tightens on his as he looks up at the slightly taller god.]

Still, you should make friends and stuff. We can be friends and it's okay for me to get caught in stuff cause I'm strong. There's a bunch of people like that too. Besides, when you get a shinki you're gonna be a team!

[freezetheheavens]

There are times when being alone is a good thing.

[Ah, but Goten's tightening his grip on his hand now. It surprises Toushirou a bit, causing him to look down at Goten.

There's a bit of silence from him before he sighs.]

Right. I'm not exactly good at making friends, Goten. Even back home, there were very little people I'm close with.

[sonofson]

When's that cause I can't think of a time I'd rather be alone then with someone.

[Goten frowns up at slightly. He doesn't get it. Maybe its his youth or his own kind-hearted nature.]

I'll be your friend then! See, that isn't hard! You can make more friends here even if you're bad at it. There's lots of friendly people. Nanako is super friendly. Izumo, Kairi, Sharak, Shizuo is funny, Aymeric, Lux, Yukine and Allen too. Those are just people off the top of my head. [Smile!]

[freezetheheavens]

We're different, Goten. You like being around people. I've never exactly been a people person so being alone doesn't bother me.

[He's definitely too kind.

Toushirou looks slightly bemused.]

I'm already familiar with Nanako and Shizuo. But they sound like close friends of yours.

[sonofson]

You should talk to them more. Shizuo is kinda weird and is a walking tank but he's a good guy. I really like him. He's sorta almost like a big brother in way. I think he's like that to everyone though.

[Could be why Goten has taken to picking on him a bit]

Nanako is super nice. She's like the nicest person ever. She can fly to but she's not as fast as me.

[Never going to let her win! No mater what Izumo says.]

I don't bother you, do I? 'cause I wanna hang out with you more too. Maybe you can show me more of your chi-like-power stuff!

[freezetheheavens]

Heiwajima certainly does seem like a good guy. [If not simple.

Toushirou looks a bit intrigued.]

She is kind. But even if she isn't as fast as you, there are some here who might be.

[Like him and Botan for example.

At the question, he actually has to think a bit. While Goten's a bit too energetic for his tastes (reminding him too much of Yachiru), he doesn't mind him at all, so he shakes his head.]

No, you don't bother me. Just. If you ever decide to come to my temple, tell me first, okay?

[sonofson]

I donno about that. I'm the fastest flier around! Even Nimbus can't keep up with me anymore.

[Someday they all need to have a race. But at his response Goten's face lights up and he laughs.]

Okay! I'll let you know! Promise! Thank's Hitsu! And you can visit me anytime too or if you got questions about this place. I'll help you, okay?

[freezetheheavens]

[A little bemused, he only gives him a nod.]

Fair enough.

[They stop in the backyard where a garden awaits them. If Goten looks closely enough, there might even be some koi fish in the pond just over the small bridge.]

[sonofson]

[And like that he's off, finally letting go of the Hitsugaya's hand that he took hostage as he runs over to the pond. Leaning over the side, he peers into it, looking at the brightly colored fish]

Are these friends of yours, Histu? There's so many!

[freezetheheavens]

Those are koi fish. They were already here when I arrived.

[He trails behind Goten.]

[sonofson]

Well they can keep you company since you're not a people person! There's a lot. Have you looked at them?

[He's already on the rocks lining the pond and crouching over it. Leaning more and more as he slowly reaches out towards one of the koi fish before he goes tumbling towards the water]

Whoa!

[freezetheheavens]

Sometimes. I do try to keep them fed.

[A blink when Goten falls into the water.

Looking amused, he peers over the railings of the bridge down at Goten while the koi immediately swam away upon the impact.]

Are you okay?

[sonofson]

[He wasn't trying to scare them! But it's not surprising. He comes up a second later, spitting out water and laughing]

Yeah, whoops. I lost my footing. I hope your fish are okay..

[He doesn't think he hurt any of them, they're too fast. But carefully he does float up out of the water, dripping wet]

Takes a lot more then that to hurt me.

[He laughs, giving an apologetic smile]

[freezetheheavens]

I'm sure they're fine.

[A glance at the koi, and yup, perfectly fine.

As Goten comes out of the water, he shakes his head a bit.]

I'd be more worried if that did hurt you. [He raises an eyebrow at him.] Do you need a towel to dry yourself off?

[sonofson]

[Goten shakes his head quickly, trying to shake off some of the excess water]

You don't think a fall like that could did you? [He blinks] Imma lot stronger then I look. You know that, Hitsu.

[As for the towel he won't pass up the offer. Can shinki catch colds?]

Maybe...

[freezetheheavens]

[He almost chuckles.]

That's why I said I'd be worried if it did. You look as if you can take a lot of punches and still keep standing.

[In that case, he gestures for Goten to follow him inside. At least inside the temple itself, it's at a comfortable temperature enough where Goten won't freeze.]

[sonofson]

Ahuh! The only thing that can hurt me is ayakashi really. That's why I train. Have you seen one yet? I can show you sometime. Most people are scared of the first one they see.

[At the invite inside, Goten drops down to the ground and follows after him. Jogging a couple steps, he reaches out to catch the end of Hitsugaya's white sleeveless haori in his hands and promptly lifts it up before ducking under it and pulling the excess around himself. He doesn't need to see where they're going cause he's following Hitsugaya!]

[freezetheheavens]

I've ran into an ayakashi. It was causing some problems and another god got caught in it.

[There's a startled blink as he feels Goten duck under his haori, but he doesn't actually complain about it. Rather, he just leads the shinki inside and into one of the rooms. He's not sure if sticking close to him is a good idea, but the haori is warm at least, so Goten wouldn't be too cold.

When they enter a room, he takes off the haori and drapes it over Goten.]

Use it to keep yourself warm while I get a towel.

[sonofson]

Ahuh! All shinki got to! It's the best thing against ayakashi and even gods. I use borderlines but also my own Chi. I've fought a lot of ayakashi.

[It's said in such a cheerful tone. There have been some close calls, ayakashi were dangerous. But he almost always learned from it and got stronger from it. There was just something thrilling about testing his own abilities as well as his friends! Working together was fun.

He laughs a little, trailing along with Hitsugaya and gently bumping into him when they enter the room and the other stops. But he blinks when he can see again as the hoari is draped over him. It's not long before his mouth pulls into another big smile before he pulls the hoari more around himself.]

Okay! Thanks Hitsu!

You really do seem like you would've fought a lot by now.

[But at least Goten seems to be familiar with fighting ayakashi. Trial and error always seemed to be the one thing that would definitely make someone stronger.

He didn't really budge much whenever Goten bumped into him when they were walking. But with his haori draped over Goten, Toushirou goes to get the towel. It doesn't take too much before he returns with towel in hand, walking over to Goten.]
