[A. Double Cross Bar - Morning]

[Anyone who decides to come to the bar today will surprisingly find it closed. There’s no sign that states the reason why, but it is.

Until Izumo walks up to the bar, eyebrow raised upon seeing whoever might be waiting outside.]

Haven’t been waiting long, have you?

[B. Training]

[It’s been a while since he’s actually done any sort of training with his borderlines, so he’s taken up a spot at an abandoned temple. He doesn’t really seem to be focused on doing the regular borderline casting spell, but is instead working on the offensive type.

Which is why anyone who’s walking by should immediately backtrack the moment an offensive borderline surrounded in flames flies by their face.

Izumo looks somewhat apologetic.]

Did you get hit?

[C. Temple Hopping]

[Due to his injuries from Grell, healed by Mikoto, Izumo has mostly taken up residency at Yona’s temple. There are some days where he would suddenly disappear without a word to the main residents there, often being at either Aymeric’s or even somewhere near Nari’s temple. Since he’s still recovering, he’s trying not to move around too much, but he also hates staying still as well.

It’s why it’s not surprising to see him around Cnoc Ainé, Neptune’s Compound, or even Forseti’s Temple. Anyone who runs into him at or near these places are free to bother him or convince him to get some more rest. Being hurt by a chainsaw isn’t exactly the best, after all.]

[It was beautiful. The city seemed even duller compared to that sight. What else had she missed out on?]

Have you been there?

No, I haven't, but I want to.

[He pulls his phone back and tucks it away.]

There are plenty of sights like this around the world.

[She settles back in her seat.]

I..hadn’t even thought about traveling before.

[It just hit her now that that was an option for her.]

[He looked like he could use a break, acually.]

[Honestly, she would feel way more comfortable going with someone than on her own. Especially someone who was familiar with traveling. She'd never been out fo the country, just going from city to city within the area. This was the farthest she's gone.]

Besides, it's always safer to travel with someone, anyway, than to go alone. Even if we are shinki or gods now.

Are we...allowed to leave?

[It honestly felt too good to be true. She figured they needed to be around to answer prayers and such. Alex had gotten used to being bound to one place, that leaving wasn't an option for her.]

We can. We don't have to remain bound to one place forever.

[There was that hint of uncertainty and fear in her voice, her fingers grasping the glass a little tighter. She couldn't help but think that some kind of punishment would follow if they tried. It was a reaction instilled in her, preventing her from going too far.]

[Izumo smiles gently.]

It'll be alright, Alex.

[It was a reassuring smile indeed, but she still had a few reservations about it. It wouldn't go away just like that. He wasn't going to go away that easy. But Izumo made it tempting to try.]

Um..so how are you doing?

Better. Talking to you has helped.

[Has it really? It seemed like she was enjoying it a lot more. But if it did, she's glad to hear it.]

Did you need any help around the bar? I know you just got in so...

Thank you for the offer, but I have it handled.

[He smiles at her.]

Everything's usually quiet around this time, and my employees will start shuffling in later.

[Right, he would have it handled. Honestly, it would’ve been a good excuse to keep busy since she wasn’t sure what else to say, but it didn’t feel right to just leave either.]

Aside from Shizuo, are there a lot of people that work here?

A few others. I'm not sure if you've met them - Yata, Totsuka, and Davesprite, but he usually works when he can.

[Since Davesrpite seems to have picked up a delivery service, he thinks.]

[The other two she didn’t know though.]

How is he doing?

He does.

[He looks a bit surprised that Alex and Yata knows each other.]

He's doing well. Mostly works as my delivery person, though.

I'm glad to here that. He's a nice guy.

[She hadn't seen him in a while, so she was happy to hear he was doing alright. Hopefully she'd bump into him some time.]

[His invitation makes her light up for a moment, but she stops herself, uncertain about it. She was being nosy enough, and she felt like she would be intruding on their circle.]
