[ Resplendent, of course. Not too dense but rich enough to have that kind of flavor that kind of lingers. If anything, it's a perfect compliment to any tea. The sort of chocolate that's almost so deep, it tastes like wine. The cake and the ganache are complimentary to each other, neither one overpowering the other with the ganache being the forefront while the spongecake is airy enough to carry it. There's the barest hint of other things, too: the slightest whiff of cherry and just the barest kick of brandy to give it a more sophisticated edge.
