[Open] When they write my story
Who: Hitsugaya and YOU
When: October 12 - Rest of October (IC)
Where: Far Shore, Near Shore
What: Hitsugaya's temple has moved to the Northeast district. Helping souls move on. Being adopted by cats.
[A. The God of Rain and Snow - Far Shore, Northeast District]
I. The New District
[Something seems different about the temple today.
Or rather, something seems different about where the temple is.
A black butterfly can be seen flying over a bridge that seems to connect to a mountain of some sort, looking distressed. It flies around the maple trees, as if unsure what to do, but it calms down quickly when Toushirou appears on the bridge, a look of bemusement masking his face as the butterfly comes over to him.]
…This is unexpected. [He really wasn’t expecting his temple to end up moving into another district, but at least it doesn't seem as crowded as the west district.
Come congratulate him on the move or just bother him. He might give you something for the trouble.]
II. Training
[But in the end, it doesn’t matter.
There’s still plenty of room for him to train, even if it’s mostly just going through some of the old routine. It’s easy to ask him for a spar, or watch him go through some familiar movements with his sword, the look of concentration on his face as if he’s cutting down an invisible enemy.
At some point, he’ll stop for a break, sword still held tightly in his hands and his breathing slowly calms. After a minute, he relaxes his stance and turns to face whoever has decided to approach him.]
[B. A Part of the Afterlife - Tokyo]
[Remember that recent event, particularly when many people were suddenly ailed with illnesses?
Not everyone made it, unfortunately.
There are still plenty of spirits around, and anyone from the Far Shore might be surprised to see a certain small ice god around. It might seem like he’s there for no purpose, but upon closer look, they’d see Toushirou beside a young ghost child. His expression is a bit gentler than what one would normally see on him, especially whenever the child would tug on his hand and tell him something excitedly.
At one point, when they reach a park, Toushirou raises his head when he feels someone approach, the child immediately holding onto his haori and his eyes shifts over to whoever decided to approach them.]
…Need something? [And depending on whether or not he knows you, there might be a hint of an edge in his tone.]
[C. Adopted By Cats]
[With all of the problems that’s been happening recently, the sudden increase of cats shouldn’t be an issue.
Except that it is.
And it is precisely how Toushirou suddenly finds himself with a small white kitten with stunning blue eyes. The god seems unsure of what to do with it exactly, having never really cared for a pet before. It doesn’t seem to be a fact that bothers the kitten too much clearly as it seems to refuse to let go of the god, purring and nuzzling into his shirt.
He sighs, staring down at it.]
What am I going to do with you.
[The kitten pulls away to look at him before deciding to play with the end of his scarf instead.]
