Closed to Chinatsu [ After having scoped out his target for later, having never met Izumo's new boyfriend before, it seemed like a good time to actually put some of the things he's learned to the test. Which meant getting the nice shirt off, just in case something managed to happen. It definitely wasn't to show off his muscles, just as he'd never to a scan around the area to see if that weird game with the dots was set up again.
