[After handling things with Garry and the other two who had come to his aid, Davesprite remains in the area of the central sigil to start trying to get rid of the damn thing. It's the kind of magic that makes him feel unsettled just being around it, but he's in better shape than quite a few others here, so he feels like it's kind of his due to help.
He doesn't have any blessed water on him, though, so instead he's ended up with what looks like some hefty tree-grown mace pilfered from a soulless shinki. The end is quite merrily ablaze from some of the lantern's flames, and he's plunging it into the ground periodically and dragging it over the sigil lines.]
