[Ken fidgets for a second in frustrated indecision. There's a lot of things going on here he doesn't like - Gojyo blowing him off about his hand getting burned, Gojyo trying to run off and help other people instead of staying with the person he's obviously worried about for reasons Ken can't begin to comprehend, Chikusa suggesting running off with Gojyo instead of him, Hakkai ordering them all away and trying to leave himself defenseless.

It's not often that the people Ken is with make such bad decisions that he decides his can't be any worse, but now is one of those rare moments.]
