What: An open shopping log for people to use for all their shopping needs! Winter and holidays are coming so it's a good time to get a winter wardrobe and think about gifts for other people. Or yourself. Nothing wrong with buying gifts for yourself. Free to shop wherever and whenever, but some prompts are included under the cut if you need ideas.


Raffle Rush
To drive up business, several local shopping streets are holding raffles! Each purchase at a store earns you a ticket. The grand prize of a hot spring vacation package is already claimed in a few areas, but maybe you'll be one of the lucky winners in some of the remaining spots? Or if not, there's always the second place prize of a cozy new kotatsu, or other prize packages including coupons or local goods.

You're the Piano Man
Various pianos have been set up around the Near Shore with signs encouraging passersby to play. Do you dare sit down and play a few notes? Maybe encourage someone shyly watching from a distance to play. Or maybe you'll sit down and enchant everyone with an impromptu concert.

Winter Illuminations
Multiple shopping centers and shopping streets are alight with winter illuminations. Thousands of twinkling lights strung overhead, covering bushes and trees, or in the shape of snowflakes, snowmen, and other festive shapes light the night. Enjoy the sight alone or walk through with a loved one, these displays will be around through the end of the year.

Always Ayakashi
Packed shopping malls, not being able to find the shirt you want in your size, frustrated shoppers, there's a lot of negativity brewing around and minor ayakashi eager to feed. Help lighten the mood for everyone around and take some ayakashi out as you browse between stores?

[Celty pauses at this and squirms a moment before typing a reply.]

When I wound up here the helmet was with me. The rest of the clothes I wear are my shadows but this

this helmet is real. I think it was given to me by someone important to me when I was alive. I could change the color but that feels wrong somehow.

Oh! But I can do colors with my shadows, but they're darker tones anyway. Red brown purple. Like that.

[She raises her other hand and her sleeve starts to vaguely shift to other textures and colors and patterns before settling back on its usual illusory leather.]

[When there's so much unknown to a shinki, the bits from their world are all the more important. Ginia nods, looking again at the helmet with a sad smile. She arrived with the clothes on her back and armed with a knife and gun. They're ties to a forgotten past, but they're also a little different than Celty's helmet.

Her hands press together as the shadows shift colors and textures.]

Let's style around the helmet then.

[Ginia looks at the clothes displays and waves toward a tan, double-breasted trench coat.]

That looks nice.

[Celty turns to face what Ginia's gesturing at and stops, struck by the look of it. It's simple, but compared to what she usually wears it's rather bold.

Taking it off the rack she slips it on over her usual black outfit. It makes her look like someone out of a spy flick all told but she turns this way and that to give Ginia a good look.]

[Ginia gasps and claps her hands together. It's a very stylish look, suave and cool. The helmet works well too, a nice splash of color and adding to the mystery of the look. Ginia pulls up the front-view camera on her phone and holds it up so Celty can see herself.]

[By the soft little ankle hop Celty makes as she sees herself she seems a little surprised by it herself. She strikes a few poses, trying to get a good look at the ensemble from a few angles. It doesn't take many before she nods emphatically in approval.]
