Snake is on a mission right now. There's another ayakashi threatening Adrien right now. He can't pay attention to Adrien falling to his knees even though that sudden shock to the ground is like a knife stabbing into every scale touching the earth.
He's gotten sloppy though, his tail pulling drastically forward as he strikes the other ayakashi. He strikes it a second time, this time holding onto it. He isn't thinking as he starts to wrap around it, possibly still pulling at Marinette if the first tail flick didn't rip him away from her grasp. He rolls up around the Ayakashi, to make sure it can't get anywhere as he delivers an agonizing venom into it. Sure, it won't die without Marinette using her power as a God to have him rend it, but that didn't mean he was going to spare it any suffering that his panic might have spared it's companion.
A part of him feared this fight ending, as he can tell Adrien's fallen with his borderline, and what's worse, neither Ayn nor Martin are saying a word. He didn't want to face what that meant. He didn't want to have to find out how bad it was.
Ayn is with Marinette in stunned silence, but Martin is speeding his way from Snake's previous position to Adrien's side, hoping that he could see some way he could help, even if it was just in helping to keep a seal on the wound so he didn't lose blood. Even if they hadn't grown close to Adrien as well thanks to his gentle kindness, seeing someone that Snake cared about so deeply, and in many ways looks up to, fall to his knees unable to fight hurts them too.
