Who: Sakura and Yamanbagiri
When: December 15
Where: The inn!
What: Yamanbagiri regains a memory
( It's early in the morning when Sakura gets up and (after a rather poor night's rest) and goes to help make breakfast. Once it's all made and set out for the others, she notices that she hasn't seen Yamanbagiri yet. It's strange... wouldn't he normally be awake by now? Perhaps he had a hard time sleeping and is now sleeping in?

She looks around the inn first to see if he's helping else where. Well, it's still early, she thinks so she goes to check his room. It isn't too far from her's so it's really a shame she hadn't checked sooner. She knocks on the door gently and calls out,
)

Yamanbagiri-san? Are you awake?

( It's a bit of a rhetorical question because she opens the door just a crack to see if he's inside.... )

[He's inside. If Sakura can see through the crack, he's still in his futon. Sitting up and seemingly lost in his thoughts.]

Brother...

[He remembers something, a memory. And still reeling from just remembering, Yamanbagiri said that word. It feels familiar for him to say. And now there's... some kind of emotions inside his chest.]

[He snaps out from his thoughts when he finally hear Sakura's voice. Blinking for a moment, it finally sinks in that Sakura's in his room.

She's in his room and he's not out of bed yet.
]

Ah-Sakura! [Why is she here? Wait, what if he slept in or dawdle too long? So distracted by his earlier memory and his thoughts, he didn't seem to notice Sakura can see his face without his cloak.] Why are you... Wait, what time is it?

[He's all but ready to get up and get ready for the day, until her question stops him. He blinks again. A dream...?

The memory of his brothers come to his mind again. And for a moment, the words are hard to put together.
]

I... didn't.

[But it's the morning, so maybe it was a dream? He looks down at his hands.]

I don't think it's a dream. Probably.
