[open] A dream for a dream
Who: Ventus and YOU
When: January 8th-rest of January
Where: Ventus' temple, Tokyo, Far Shore
What: Ventus is doing things, trying to understand more of this world. Catchall sort of thing
[A. Let ItGo Snow]
[When it comes to dawn, there’s a fresh snowfall. Since it’s still in the middle of winter, the snow has been falling more often, a blanket of it covering the Heavens in a beautiful sleet of white.
It’s also the best time to find Ventus, who is far from dressed appropriately for the cold season aside from a jacket. He’s currently doing his best to make snowmen, though they’re mini-sized. Ventus doesn’t seem to mind, though, as he’s simply content with working what he has at his disposal. He sticks close to his temple, ignoring the small tornados that floats near the entrance that would occasionally disrupt some of the snowmen.
Ventus beams when he’s finished with his latest snowman, something that resembles more like mice than actual people.
When he sees someone nearby, he grins and waves to them in greeting.]
[B. Festival Time]
(A. Before the Festival - January 8th-11)
[It’s a busy day in Tokyo. Then again, it usually is.
Ventus is looking at the decorations in awe, watching as people busy themselves with whatever they’re doing.
He waves at someone.]
Do you know what they’re preparing for?
(B. The Festival - January 12)
[This is exciting!
There were people performing traditional dances on the street, there were others performing acts that Ventus hasn’t seen before! Naturally, there’s a crowd of people gathered to watch and take part in the festival. Ventus can often be found in the crowd or by one of the food stalls, trying out any of the dishes.
Some looks familiar, others not so much.
But all the more reason to explore!]
[C. Remembering the Past]
[Ventus’ time in Heaven so far has been…something. He tries not to let it get to him so much, knowing that it wouldn’t make much of a difference. Not when it concerns the people who matters to him the most.
It’s later at sunset that Ventus can be found fashioning a paper lantern. He’s not the greatest at crafts, though he’s seen Aqua do it in the past. There’s already a black lantern tinged with crimson red and another lantern that’s aqua blue outlined with silver. Both lanterns has a star symbol on it.
He bites the inside of his cheek as he works on another lantern, trying to frame it properly.]
[D. Playing with Fire]
[Despite the emotional turmoil Ventus has been experienced, he’s not going to let that stop him from doing what’s been ingrained into him from his time during the Land of Departure.
In other words: training.
The snowmen Ventus had built at some time are suddenly alive, brought forth with Ventus’ own god power that he had discovered on accident. However, it mostly involves snowballs being pelted at him and Ventus deflecting them before it can manage to hit him.
A couple of snowmen do come charging at him, only to be cut down by the god as he slashes his Keyblade through them, but the weapon is cloaked in fire.
He flips backwards and skids back before charging forward, throwing his Keyblade forward and cutting through a line of snowmen. The only problem is that if you’re anywhere near this, you’re going to be pelted by snow, too.
Have fun.]

[He's poking at one of the other snow critters. He likes them.]
What're you a god of?
no subject
[He looks back down at the snow critters.]
Aether.

[A lot of the gods seem to keep animals, so it never hurts to ask. Gotta keep on top of any potential cuddling opportunities.]
no subject
[A pause.]
But no pets.

[Shame about the lack of cuddle opportunities though.]
Aw, that's too bad. If you want, you can come over to my garden and pet this goat I found. And sometimes there's bunnies too.

[What's cuddling?]
