He's up for pretty much anything, especially food related things.]

[What is a school dance? Roxas isn't sure, but the prayer asked for someone to help someone with theirs. Making someone stand out for theirs would be... a challenge since he's got no clue on what to do.

The only person he knows who might is Natsuru, so a quick text exchange later, it's all set up. Maybe he can make his gods proud by doing a prayer without them! Except it involves he dresses nice, and suits are uncomfortable...]

Why do I have to dress like this?

What's up you ready or some temple shenanigans?

[Any time Roxas decides to tour the grounds of temple Serapis, there's a good chance he'd see a large, oddly colored wolf watching him from a distance. The first few time he's spotted, he will keep his distance or disappear altogether if approached, though sooner or later, the beast's curiosity gets the better of him. Roxas seems to be welcome here, after all, and if he's going to be showing up more and more, may as well get to know him, right...?

Of course, simply warping over to Roxas and his cat companion might not be a totally non-surprising way of approaching him, but that's exactly what this wolf does. In a flash, there's suddenly one big doggo walking his way over to the pair, ears forward and tail swaying gently behind him in an approachable, curious manner.

Hello... friends? Friends.]

[It was a little sad that the rather interesting looking wolf was avoiding Roxas. After a few tries, he stops attempting seeing as the wolf wasn't comfortable. One thing the books Roxas has read since coming here is that one shouldn't approach or force animals who didn't want attention to be around you. Jellybean didn't care either way since his goal was always Shiro's bed. The cat had a one track mind when tired.

The flash was weird, Roxas accepting it as something that happened here in the Far Shore. Jellybean, on the other hand, hissed and spit, taking off like a orange bullet into the temple. Roxas watches him go before turning to the wolf.]

I think you scared him.

[The wolf freezes as the cat hisses, though looks almost as if he's ready to chase after Jellybean as he tears off. It's only by Roxas' presence that he remains in place, and only by Roxas speaking up that his attention is taken off from where the cat disappeared to.

Okay, human person, let's see if you're more willing to get along than your cat is...! It's tough being around your favorite person when he doesn't remember you, or another good person who doesn't remember you either or seem quite... the same. Meeting someone new should be an interesting and hopefully positive change of pace. He moves on over to Roxas at an even pace, still a little on alert but looking quite receptive to actually meeting him.

Here, you get one (1) big fluffy wolf sniffing at you now.]

[Whoa! The wolf is coming closer! Roxas stays still, trying not to look threatening. Though he doesn't understand how someone can look threatening to an animal. Act big and scary? This wolf looks like he could easily be bigger than Roxas when standing on his hind legs. Then again, the blond doesn't want to scare him.

That's when he remembers the books said something about crouching down to the animals level. So he does with a smile, holding his hand out as the big pretty puppy sniffed him.]

Hi. I'm Roxas.

[yousaytron]

[With as much time as he spent around people... a few of them, at least, the wolf isn't entirely shy of new people. He just needed to make sure that Roxas isn't a threat in the first place, but now that he's made up his mind about meeting him, he seems pretty amiable.

He takes in the smell of this newbie, tail still moving in a friendly manner, before licking the offered hand a few times.

Would you like to attempt to pet the beast? Y/N]

[This is a good sign? Yes. A very good sign. Roxas tries to contain his excitement when his hand is licked. Jellybean did the same thing when he found that scruffy beast of a cat, except the cat had then proceeded to chew on his fingers for a while. At least the wolf isn't doing that for now.]

You're really pretty. Is someone here your owner?

[It's to be assumed so, right?

And YES. An attempt will be made to pet the precious pupper.]

[The prettiest pup for sure, with his odd markings and softly glowing patches of fur... He understands the praise plenty well, and leans into the petting, but really has no way of understanding or answering that question. It's fine, though! As long as Roxas is willing to give him attention, he has no problem in sticking around and returning the favor.

That is to say, the licks are moving from Roxas' hand over to his face.]

[The odd markings just make him more charming!!!!]

I like your blue- H-Hey!

[Licking on the face feels funny. Roxas starts laughing at the rough tongue against his cheek, half heartedly pushing the wolf away. With a big smile he decides to hug the canine as much as he can, burying his face in the mane. That's what it is, right?]

You're so soft!

[yousaytron]

[He seems to get the gentle message of 'cut that out!' and doesn't pursue any more face-licks for the time being. The hug is also fairly well received, and he lets Roxas snuggle into him with no fuss.

It's about then, however, that he seems to hear something coming from the direction he came from! Suddenly at alert, ears and head pointed to some kind of distant noise and his tail slowing to a still. Hmm, what could that be...?]

[Roxas notices the change in demeanor and lets go of the wolf. He looks where the canine is looking to see if he can spy anything.]

Is someone there?

[ please help me pass this exam.

that was prayer, and pyrrha was more than eager to pick it up with roxas. she isn't quite sure what kinds of study techniques he'd suggest, but pyrrha knows she has a few up her sleeve. she just doesn't really know how she knows these techniques, just that she feels pretty confident in them. almost as if she's used them before.

it feels familiar.

pyrrha and roxas are on a university campus, standing outside of a library. she looks over at him before they head inside. ]

Should we form some sort of strategy before we go in?

[yousaytron]

[What is it, what is it...? Shortly, Roxas might notice a voice calling out,]

Come on, I know I saw you around here a minute ago!

[To which the wolf's tail begins to wag playfully, and he leans up against Roxas before warping over to the source of the voice, taking Roxas with him.]

Aha! There you - [And, Keith blinks in surprise.] - Roxas?

[Ah! Roxas knows that voice! And he's all ready to call out to Keith when-




Okay. This. Uhm. Roxas looks more than a little confused as he stares at Keith.]

Whoa... what just happened?

[yousaytron]

[Keith reaches forward, petting the wolf’s head to give him a little reassurance of ‘I’m glad I found you’ and ‘what a good wolf you are’ because that’s clearly what the beast was after in warping his way over like that.]

That’s... something he can do. [Roxas looks like he’s okay, if not a little startled, so at least he doesn’t have to worry about whether or not the wolf had been getting along with him well before the whole teleportation nonsense. Still, may as well ask,] You’re okay, right? That didn’t catch you too off-guard or anything?

[missingache]

.... that's really handy! [Wolf gets a hug for being amazing.

After the hug, Roxas nods.] I'm fine! I just never teleported anywhere without a shrine or one of my gods. Kinda felt a little funny, but not in a bad way. Is this your wolf?

[missingache]

[Too bad for Pyrrha: Roxas knows none because he's never gone to school!!!

But Pyrrha is nice and he likes her, so he wants to do a prayer with her. He can learn things along the way.]

... not to get in the way?

[As in get in the way of anyone walking around.]

I'm...sure we won't?

[ she's not entirely sure what he means by that, but it seems like that's the only idea they have. so pyrrha starts heading in and gestures with her hand for roxas to follow.

when they get inside, pyrrha searches for anyone who might be having difficulty. ]

Why don't we split up and see if we can find who we're looking for?

It scares people when they bump into people they can't see.

[That's what he means. Being in the Near Shore can be tricky.

Roxas thinks everyone here is having difficulty. School seems hard...]

[Thank you for being so kind about his innate incredibleness! Your attention is appreciated, Roxas.]

I guess, yeah. [Keith gives the wolf one more pat on the head. Good boy.] I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like him before, but neither has anyone else in the temple. He likes to follow me around mostly, though.

You're right--that makes sense. I'll be sure to be careful. And yes, just text me. I'll do the same if I find them first.

[ and off she goes! ]

So he's your friend? You got a lot of good friends. [Including the cats.] Does he have a name?

Okay! I'll see you in a bit then!

[He heads in the opposite direction, and does eventually hear someone muttering under their breath about gods. Was this the person? He takes his phone out to message Pyrrha.]

I think I found them.

[ thankfully pyrrha hasn't strayed too far from roxas, and he's in a place where she can see him. (she's very tall.) she walks over to him and looks down at their target--a young boy who's chewing on the tip of his pencil, brow furrowed as he looks down at what appears to be some kind of study guide. ]

Well...he does fit the criteria, so I'd say we found him.

Why is their target chewing on a pencil?????]

... whatever he's studying looks like a foreign language to me.

[That's because Roxas can't read Japanese.]
