Prayers and things [Closed]
Who: Tsubasa, Rita, Dark Precure
When: March 29th, Evening
Where: A rougher part of Tokyo.
What: Officially official business, please don't mind the girl with the giant bat wing.
Sorting out prayers was a hell of a thing. Tsubasa's own values were rather stark compared to those of Susanoo himself. But having been here some weeks now, she's starting to get a better sense of it. For good or ill, it's hard for her to ignore cries for salvation, and so here they've ended up in a ... considerably seedier part of Tokyo. Certainly one she wouldn't find herself in under normal circumstances.
"They" being herself and her two shinki, Rita and Dark Precure. It seemed prudent to conduct some sort of team building exercise on top of everything else, and there not being any ayakashi liable to be tied to this, it was far less likely that Dark would wind up blowing anything up.
She... hoped.
Dressed down in dark clothes, Tsubasa spies the bar that is their destination. In spite of people milling about, she did not spy her target, though there is a lot of noise coming from inside said bar.
She frowns.
"I am hoping we will not have to go in, lest this get a lot messier..."
As if on cue the door the door swung open, a woman looking like she's trying to get away while a man comes up after her. "Hey baby, where do you think you're goin'?"
Tsubasa's eyes snap wide, and she nods back to the shinki. "This seems to have escalated a little bit..."

As if on cue the door the door swung open, a woman looking like she's trying to get away while a man comes up after her. "Hey baby, where do you think you're goin'?"
Tsubasa's eyes snap wide, and she nods back to the shinki. "This seems to have escalated a little bit..."

The outfit, for the record, was a blue jacket, a white shirt, and a pair of jean shorts. The fact she didn't have to hide her wing as a denizen of the Far Shore was a small mercy.
"Mm," she said, narrowing her eyes. Her eyes glowed dangerously, which her companions would realize by now usually served as a precursor to an attack. "I see our target. Shall I destroy him?"
no subject
And then Dark Precure's eyes light and she suddenly feels a lot less optimistic. "It's a little early to go hot, isn't it?" she says with some reservation. "First things first - think that's our target?"
no subject
Even when evidently, it is. Tsubasa isn't exactly the sort opposed to killing if necessary. Between Fine, Phara, and Prelati she'd certainly had her share of it, or at least trying really hard. But those were very specific cases. This was just a civilian, and like it or not, she was a god.
"For the last time, I said leave me alone!" She exclaims, spinning to slap him. Which he catches.
Tsubasa frowns heavily. "That it is. Come, follow my lead. They're not going to want to notice us, so we need to make an impression." Without even looking at her, she holds up a hand to Dark Precure. "Without blowing something up."
no subject
She nods, solemnly, not making an effort to argue. "Very well," she said. "But we must act quickly, because I fear her safety is now very much at risk."
no subject
How do you separate two people when they're nominally together...? And when one doesn't want to leave well enough alone...? "Want me to break something, and we can distract them that way?"
no subject
"I simply need you both to be able to think fast, and use your heads."
She hasn't quite told them how they're doing this, but. That is part of the test, really. And this is absolutely a test, for both of them.
Kazanaris are not known for given warnings for something that amounts to training.
"Now see here--!" the man starts, but he can't really finish. Tsubasa's arm suddenly sticks out between the both of them, flipping the wallet open and flashing government identification from home. Quickly, but enough that one can get the gist of it, even if... well.
No organization named "S.O.N.G." exists here. Either way, she's banking on it being abrupt and startling enough to actually get his attention.
"Begging your pardon," she starts, "but my agency needs to have a word with this young lady."
Whether or not he heard that was irrelevant, because he's quite drunk, and one can smell it. He lashes out suddenly, raising his other hand to try and strike Tsubasa with it. She doesn't flinch. She could easily dodge it, but...
Well, what shall you two do?
She said not to kill or blow up, or otherwise really maim anyone. She did not say you couldn't lift a finger, however.
no subject
She steps forward, moving like an ebony blur, and before the man knows it, Dark Precure is grabbing him by the arm and restraining him.
"Please refrain from striking my... superior officer," she said coldly, before squeezing his wrist particularly hard.
no subject
"Kazanari-san is very good at what she does; I've got a lot to learn from her," Rita says aloud with some warmth to the woman, surprised to find it's not as empty a platitude as she'd expected but rolling with it. "Anyway, we'll be quick, but you know how it is. A few quick questions, in private - we don't want to cause a stir. I don't think there'll be a problem with your friend, either, but we'll come back to that, all right?"
Rita's not sure if that means she wants Dark Precure not to rough him up too much, or if she wants him neutralized as a problem for the rest of the job. Really, that's not even her own problem at this stage. If it comes to that, so be it, but for now... diplomacy? "Ma'am?" she prompts Tsubasa; privately, as she glances at her, she grimaces and mouths, sorry. "Whenever you're ready." Professionalism is hard.
no subject
"If you'll excuse us," she says, and nods to the woman. She looks. Immensely confused. "It shall take only a moment, if you'd just follow me."
The woman blinks very rapidly, gives another glance back at the guy, makes a face, and then nods to her. "S- sure..."
As such, Tsubasa starts to move away. While the man begins to bark at them.
"HEY!" he shouts, struggling and failing to break free of Dark's grip. "Y'can't just walk away like that!"
Tsubasa sighs, motions to Dark Precure, and begins moving anyway.

... She grabs him by the shoulders, and throws him against a nearby car, her eyes lighting up as she snarls at him.
"We are watching you. If you ever attempt something like this again, I will personally wreak a campaign of unending retribution upon you, leaving your body broken and your entire life destitute. Do you understand me?!"
no subject
Once she's close, she makes a show of searching her pockets for something, before frowning at Tsubasa, not that she's sure if the other woman will even turn back to her. "I'm sorry, Kazanari-san, I seem to have left my notes on my desk. I think I remember everything well enough, but maybe I should leave asking the questions to you. I don't want to mess up something important like this." Rather than the apologetic tone in her voice, though, if Tsubasa looks to Rita she'll find a somewhat expectant expression. It wouldn't do for her to drive the whole show on her own, right?
no subject
After escorting the woman out of the alley, and a little ways down the street, she stops and smiles back at Rita.
"That isn't too much of an issue, Mordio," she says, before turning back to the woman, bowing. "My apologies for such an abrupt exit, but I don't suppose you minded?"
"N- no," the woman stammers, looking around, bewildered. "But I don't... really understand? I didn't do anything!"
Tsubasa waves a hand. "Ah, no. No, you did not. It is rather complicated, I'm afraid..."
Meanwhile, back at the man? Well, by the time he was thrown up against the car, any sense of fighting back was gone as soon as the wind left his lungs. He actually doubles over and heaves heavily, gazing in fear at her outburst.
He might forget the specifics of this encounter, but it wouldn't be surprising if that still haunts his nightmares.
no subject
"Get out of here. And remember, I am watching you."
And with that, both her eyes light up, projecting a wave of force to forcibly push the man on his way down the street.

Briefly, she feels a tiny bit bad that they're confusing this poor woman. It fades quickly enough, though: if she'd gotten in deep enough she'd had to literally pray for rescue, perhaps she should have her mind open to divine intervention. "Complicated, she says," Rita allows aloud. "Boy, that's the understatement of the week."
no subject
She grins then, and gives a bow to the woman. "That will be all, then. I'm sorry for the hassle, but we simply saw you having some issues and decided to intervene." She rises back up, pocketing the identification. "We actually don't need you for anything."
"B- but..." She blinks, confused. "You're not... from the government?"
"Well, I never said that," Tsubasa says, looking at the alley for Dark Precure to exit. "Just... go about your night, ma'am. Maybe look elsewhere for a date, hm?"
