Kanagawa Prefecture has a lot of good points. There's an opening to the ocean, a lake for touring, beautiful views of Mt. Fuji wherever you look, and all sorts of interesting museums or temples. Aomi, the organizer of this little trip, agrees for everyone to meet at Iiyama Kannon an hour or two before noon. An easy famous place that people hopefully won't get lost going to, and all. Until then, well, people are free to go wherever they like. They don't even have to stay in Atsugi, where the meeting area is supposed to be. There are beaches not that far off, zoos to enjoy various animals, parks where carefully cultivated flowers are in gleeful bloom, a bustling Chinatown, and even the little island of Enoshima.

When the time comes to meet up, however, Aomi can be found alongside Ebisu with a bulging backpack and he does a quick headcount to make sure everyone is there before continuing on. The ultimate destination isn't any of the many tourist attractions in Kanagawa, but rather he leads away from the cities and towards the forests of the prefecture. Aomi would have made sure to remind everyone that morning over text to wear hiking boots.... so hopefully they all remember to do that, because the path chosen is one that has no actual path at all. Hopefully no one gets hurt, although it shouldn't be too hard.

What's the destination? That much becomes obvious once they hit some more even land, where a small stone monument has been placed at the base of a fully blossoming Japanese wisteria. Here, Aomi will let everyone know it's fine to take a break, and settle down. It's here that he'll help spread out some various picnic blankets and begin unpacking from his enormous backpack. He's been courteous enough to pack lunch for just about everyone, and a good variety in case any one dish doesn't suit someone. There's delectably spicy yokosuka curry, juicy shirokoro horumon, rare to get shonan pork sausages, and a variety of sushi that takes full advantage of being from a seaside prefecture. Everyone is free to relax beneath the wisteria blossoms and enjoy the view peeking out from the trees.

To go from having no memories to everything and in a new role too is certainly the greater change to adapt too. It does mean Tsubasa is without a shinki with Dark Precure gone and Rita's role changed. There are soulless shinki around so it's not as if Tsubasa is completely without options, but there's an obvious one too.

"You know what my current situation is." Working for an incredibly busy God of Fortune, dabbling in acts Heaven would find heretical and treasonous, the causal things. "But since I already work with Chris and both of you also work part-time at Ebisu's, I'm amiable to a name."

Tsubasa's eyebrows raise at that. She probably shouldn't be too surprised - she got along well with Ginia, and Tsubasa was most liable to lean towards buddying up with Chris during fights.

Still... it gives her some pause. She needs to consider this.

"Ah, well... I feel it may have been a bit forward to just ask such a thing, but it is good to consider. I ... will consider it, at least. Though I would not want to feel like I am impeding on Yukine, even if that probably would not be the case... Not without at least running it by her. Even if you work with Ebisu, as well, I do feel a bit of an obligation to consider that as well."

She almost feels like she'd be a rude senpai if she didn't at least ask.

It's a very forward request, but Ginia sees the arrangement as a business transaction more than a sacred rite. It's the latent mercenary side of her, one that meshes so well with the freedom of a nora and the drive to protect others.

But she recognizes it's not a decision for them to make alone. Ginia inclines her head, a tiny bit of bashfulness creeping in.

"Sorry if that was sudden, though I mean it in sincerity." Typing is nice, it buys her a few seconds to keep her head down. "You're right though, Chris's input is important, as is Ebisu's."

Tsubasa gives a grateful smile, nodding. "No, I fully expect that you do mean it - and I definitely appreciate it." She looks down at her armor and grimaces. "As powerful as my Gear is against normal threats, I'm worthless against an Ayakashi until I get that worked out. Rest assured I do not plan on leaving that to sit for very long."

She crosses her arms and looks back up, smiling. "But. I'm certain it will work out, one way or another."

There's time yet for everything. It's not as if Tsubasa is alone either. Even if she was, she's smart and fast and can teleport out of harm's way. Ginia knows she doesn't need to worry about Tsubasa, but she can't help it. Such is the way of friendship.

"You and Chris fought Noise in your world, right? I kinda learned about them from Maria. Noise and ayakashi kinda look alike at times, don't they?"

On the other hand, it's a good thing ayakashi do not disintegrate people into dust. Yikes.

Tsubasa nods in acknowledgement of that. "Oh, I certainly noticed that... it was quite jarring the first time I saw one at that parade. Both Noise and ayakashi are also similar in that you cannot really make physical contact with them... Only Noise will carbonize anyone not wearing a Gear instantly."

So yes, yikes indeed.

Her smile falls to half. "Sadly, my Symphogear doesn't have quite the same effect with the ayakashi. Not in the long term, anyway."

"The great equalizer. It doesn't matter how strong someone is, they can't fight ayakashi alone." Riddle them with bullets, throw giant swords, if it's not a shinki-god pair, it won't do much but inconvenience the ayakashi. At least it can deter them even it doesn't permanently rend them.
