Summary: The Heavens don't like things being cluttered, so it's time to clean up a little bit.







Main Hall

While the main hall of the Heavens seems spotlessly clean at all times, that's not the case at all. In fact, it's been at least a decade since the last time they actually cleaned everything out properly. There are a lot of hidden closets and back rooms that have layers of dust and dozens of boxes filled with nothing but junk. Who knows, though! You might find something interesting and useful in there along with all the garbage.

Suprises

Unfortunately, some of the older temples on the Far Shore seem to have some interesting surprises tucked away, ranging from cursed artifacts all the way to magical creatures locked up in long-forgotten rooms. You are free to be creative with this as a way to get your characters into trouble while cleaning.

Complimentary Dinner

After all of your hard work, you deserve to have some tasty food and refreshing beverages. So the Heavens have provided that for you, so that you can wind down after a long day. It's not as fancy as the banquets they often put on, but there is a nice array of food and drinks for everyone to enjoy.

Counselling

As usual, there is a white-robed shinki bearing the gold chrysanthemum of Amaterasu sitting at a table in the Main Hall. There is a small sign that denotes her as the counselling shinki. Anyone is welcome to approach her, and she will smile serenely at anyone passing by as well.

[She looks at the picture for a moment before adding some fluffy clouds at the top, then a sun. Her next words are said as easily, smooth as butter.]

"No uncertainty! Doing anything I am able to!" That is my motto, and I'm sticking with it.

[Sheryl has been through her own hell a few times. She can't let this place stop her now.]

[missingache]

[Let's add some trees in he background.]

That's a pretty good motto. [Rocas thinks about his own.] "Don't die." would be mine.

[galactically]

[Roxas' answer prompts Sheryl to look at him owlishly, a delicate arch of her brow.]

Don't die? That should be a way of living, not just a simple motto.

[missingache]

Not really. I just got yelled at a lot by a girl named Koharu about it. Plus, I died once already. So don't die is a good motto.

[Roxas draws some tiny little flowers now.]

[galactically]

Ah...

[Awkward. So not just shinki can come back to life, so can certain gods. She exhales deeply, combing her free hand through pink locks.]

That girl must be worried about you so much to yell at you a lot, geez!

[missingache]

[He just snorts in response.]

I hate that girl and she hates me. She hates when people talk about wanting to die or stop existing for others or themselves.

[galactically]

[Her eyebrows hike up in response before a thin frown tugs at her lips.]

Is that why you hate her?

[Now Roxas got all of Sheryl's curiosity... it's not like she disagrees with his enemy's mindset either, even if she thought about dying on stage once.]

I can't really say that I blame her for that mentality.

[missingache]

No. I hate her because no matter what I do, she twists my words, tells everyone I'm a bad guy, and is a complete idiot.

[It was tiring.]

She found out that she was going to die when she went back to her world. So she's made several wishes. One to keep her from dying, one to keep another friend from dying, and one to make sure she would remember everything.

[galactically]

Oh, dear. It's no wonder you hate her.

[If Sheryl knew someone who'd spill terrible rumors and twists words around her presence, she wouldn't like them either. But this sure got super heavy really quick. Her frown deepens at his explanation, a hand hovering over her mouth with a slight gasp.]

That girl must hate death so much... but it sounds to me that she'd do whatever it takes to protect her friend.

[missingache]

[Hate is an emotion that comes easily for Roxas. It's something he does dislike, so he tries his best not to succumb to it.

He shrugs.]

I know she was stuck in a world she didn't belong in before we met. Something probably happened there.

[galactically]

How complicated.

[That's all Sheryl can say about that topic before she casts a gaze on their shared drawing, right to the cat and the butterfly.]

Don't waste your time thinking about your enemies when you can focus on what makes you happy instead.

[She taps the picture with the bottom part of her pen.]

[missingache]

[Roxas knows some strange people.

He looks down at the picture and nods.]

Right.... So how about "Don't let bad people make your life bad because there's good things?"

[galactically]

Same thing! It makes no difference to me.

[A small laugh. At least Roxas understands.]

How about we use this for the warning sign?

[missingache]

[Okay. That's much better than just "Don't die". Good. Maybe he should find one of those motivational posters.]

Shouldn't we write a warning on it?

[galactically]

Obviously! There's still room left on the paper for it.

[She makes invisible circles with her finger, tracing them on the space that's leftover.]

With the suggestion I mentioned earlier about dust.

[missingache]

[As neatly as he can, he writes a message that reads:

WARNING! This room is really dusty! Enter at own risk!

.... good enough?]

[galactically]

[Hastily, Sheryl tacks on another message underneath Roxas', which reads:

DO NOT ENTER IF YOU HAVE EXTREME ALLERGIES. YOU WILL FEEL LIKE DEATH!!

in all capital letters.]

There.

[missingache]

[Should he have written in all capitals?

Too late now. Roxas caps his pen.]

Do we want to find tape or use the putty?

[galactically]

I never used putty before... a new experience to think about.

[After capping her pen, she rests it on the desk and fetches for the clay-like substance.]

Let's try it out and see.

[missingache]

[He nods and waits for Sheryl to open the package before taking some. Roxas squishes it in his fingers and it fascinated by it.]

It's squishy and sticky, but not like glue or tape!

[galactically]

[Sheryl reaches for the putty, rubbing it between her fingers to get used to the soft texture.

It's so soft!

[Just as fascinated as Roxas, she pokes at it with her free hand and chortles.]

Look how it hugs my fingers.

OH MY GOD WHY IS SHE SO CUTE

[missingache]

[It really does. Roxas copies her.]

I gotta get some and show Sora and Naminé!

[They'd love this stuff!]

IDK HE IS CUTE TOO

[galactically]

I'll take some, too. Hajime might like this! Maybe even my shinki.

[So decisive, Sheryl. Will Eno and Zoro like this? Who knows? She turns the paper around, drawn part facing down, then smears the putty in the middle.]

[missingache]

I don't think my shinki will like this. He's more into baseball than things like this.

[Raichi and baseballs go hand in hand. Unfortunately.]

[galactically]

One of them is into swords, exercising, and napping. [With a wry smile, she adds:] And getting lost into many places.

[Sheryl can't count the amount of times she has to keep searching for Zoro until she eventually finds him. She picks up the putty from the pack, pulls half of it as neatly as she can, then gives the other half to Roxas.]
