Who: Ross and Gintoki
What: Ross brings cursed artifacts home and only tells Gintoki about it after the fact. In other words, Ross being Ross.
Where: Inari's temple
When: Backdated to April 15th
[Alright, that was the last of it. He had only learned that these artifacts were cursed about halfway through his journey of collecting them, but unfortunately for everyone involved he wasn't deterred by that. For now though, they were neatly placed in the storehouse, and in plain sight on top of that. There was one exception to this task. He still had that wiggling basket that he was holding closed. The little monster (spirit? He honestly wasn't sure) inside didn't need to be cooped up in here with the artifacts.
Now there was one thing left to do to put a nice cherry on top of the whole situation. And to do that, he had to find the so-called Inari-sama. He was getting better at figuring out the places Gintoki usually gravitated to in the temple, but he was loath to think of that in terms of being used to his status as a shinki.
Ah, there he was.]
Hey, there's a bunch of cursed artifacts in the storeroom now.

He'll slide the JUMP down so just his eyes appear over it, and, so far, they're as passive as ever. That isn't gonna last though. He's already on the verge of telling Ross off when he catches sight of the basket in Ross' hands. He'll watch for a long moment, eyes, going back and forth between Ross and the basket.]
. . . so what's that?
[Why the hell would you put something cursed in the storeroom, jerk.]

It was in another temple, but I don't think it's an ayakashi. [Getting rid of it would have been easy if it was, but he wasn't too broken up about that. After his encounter with it earlier he was a little attached to it, and its dogged efforts to break free were endearing, in a way.]

Oi. . .look, I mean, if you wanted to bring home a cat or like, a dog. . . I'd be okay with even a dog.
[He'll sit up and set the JUMP down, carefully folding down the corner of the page to keep his spot.]]
But what makes you think that, hey, this is a weird animal, I don't even know what it is, let's bring it home. Who thinks that? It's like a kid bringing home a stray animal they found on the way home from school, except it's not cute, it's a boa constrictor.
. . . it's not a boa consrtictor, right? Or a really big bug or something else super weird? Don't just bring anything you want into the temple, we both gotta live here.

If I didn't bring it here, it would have gone around biting people. I was going to keep it in my room until I find a better place for it. [Whoa. Was he actually showing some sort of concern for the well-being of others? Sure, it was in a veiled way, but still.
It was also worth noting that it hadn't once crossed his mind to ask for help on this. He was still too independent for his own good.]

[He'll lean closer.]
Come on, let's see it. You have it on a leash or something?
no subject
Ross found this more amusing than he should have, of course.]
Nope. If I let it out, it'd be able to run around free.
no subject
No way, not a chance. That thing's not gonna live here. . . Where the hell did you even find that? Nevermind, nevermind I don't want to know, it's not living here.
[He'll wave his hand dismissively. ]
Something like that isn't gonna run around. Go toss it in the lake.
no subject
Like I said, I'll find a place to let it go before it bites you.
no subject
Not a chance. How do you know it's gonna just stay in your room, hah? It's a cursed ghost, it's not a dog. It's not gonna sit and stay.

although his real dad was literally the worst so]So you want me to toss it out the front door and let it fend for itself all alone? That's cold, fox boss.
