[Looks like it's a buffet style dinner! Some of that food over on the sideboard looks like Tsuzuki got it from a supermarket deli and reheated it. The deep-fried sugar-glazed sweet potatoes, on the other hand, are too burned and the sauce too drippy for them to be anything but homemade. And nobody would deliberately sell that gorgonzola spaghetti he's got in the center of the spread.

There's a couple of six-packs of beer in the fridge and a battered flea market poker set in the middle of the kitchen table, and Tsuzuki's hovering by the front door ready to greet his guests. Kija's going to have a fun night out! Tsuzuki'll make sure of it.

And hey, with any luck, the rest of them will have a good time too.]

[He stares at those cards and then slides his gaze back to Kija accusingly.]

[He flips over the cards on the table, taking only a brief glance at them before looking back. He knew it.]

[bighand]

[Jae-Ha, don't do this!!]

I— I am protecting her for my next turn!

[Well, while Kija is defending himself for that, Jae-Ha is just leaning closer...

Until he can reach into his robes wherever he can. Come here, where is she—]

Kija responds immediately, shoving Jae-Ha's face away with his big hand(tm). Stop!!]

Jae-Ha! There is no reason for this!

Are you hiding her close to your heart, Kija? What if Yona dear knew about this scandal?

[THIS HAND WON'T STOP HIM, he's going to wrestle to try and find this Queen, get these scales out of his face.]

[There's no chance of getting these scales out of his face, sorry, Jae-Ha will have to pry this big hand off himself. He's trying to wiggle away from Jae-Ha's invasive groping at the same time, help...] Stop!!

Kija is distracted enough that Jae-Ha's other hand can reach right into that sleeve and pull the card out.]

[He says, abandoning his post of pushing Jae-Ha's face to lunge at him instead.]

[He scrambles out of his chair to stand, holding it out of reach.]

Why? Are you planning to court her? [Haha, get it]

[bighand]

[Ugh, he missed!! He pushes himself up from his unfortunate lunge at, in the end, Jae-Ha's chair... and now his hand is growing, to compensate for that grievous error.]

I have already told you what I am doing. Return my queen to me immediately.

[razzledazzles]

H-hold on, Kija! [He laughs nervously, stepping back and bringing the card closer to his chest. Hold on, don't make the hand grow!!]

It's only a game, so put that down, would you?

[bighand]

[THE HAND IS GROWING, JAE-HA]

I will put it down when you listen to my request.

[Ah, wait—] It is not a thing, either! You will also take that back!

[Okay, he's going to go around the corner and hide in the kitchen or something. Those fingers are terrifying, holy shit—]

You'll spear the card with a hand like that!

Was it really a good idea to go around a corner when Kija's giant dragon fingers are the first things to creep around that corner after him? Was it, Jae-Ha???]

[THOSE ARE FINGERS. He presses himself to the wall, trying to avoid them.]

Tsuzuki!! Gojyo!! I'm being cornered, so where is my rescue?!

[He doesn't deserve a rescue.]

[FINGERS ARE HERE.... and so is Kija, menacingly.]

[It was fun while it lasted... Now how will they play proper poker?? Well. Weakly, he pushes the queen card against one of those large fingers.]

[bighand]

[Ah... thanks. Kija has no choice here but to delicately pinch that card with two of his giant goddamn claws, and how fast does this stupid thing shrink back down to reasonable size?? Who knows.

It's probably for the best not to watch it happening, anyway.]
