Who: Sharak and Konzen, Sharak and ~~the other hot blond~~ too many Sanzos just too many
What: Two grown ass adults at Capyper Land, both swear they have a good reason for being there. Also: Sanzo party without the party and with extra Sanzo flavouring
When: May 9th, May 8th late afternoon, May 10th evening
Where: Capyper Land, Kanzeon's temple, does Tokyo even have dive bars
Warnings: Because they're at an amusement park for children and the happiest place on Earth, we must include warnings for gun violence, swearing, mention of child death and reckless child endangerment. But like, in a fun way.

[It's a courtesy call, really. Genjo had been pretty worn out after their chat the other night and Sharak wants to see how he's doing. After their discussion, she's pretty sure she knows where to find him too... And so she walks up to Kanzeon's temple and lets herself into the front yard.

Even if she can't find the Genjo she's thinking of, she wouldn't mind speaking to the other one. It really depends on which one she finds first.]

[She'd been asked to look into a childish spirit wandering around a theme park looking miserable so... Here she is. Sharak still isn't keen on this "God" business, but the best way to learn what's going on is occasionally to play along. For now, anyway. "Aditi" is everyone's mother and so of course she cares for lost children in need of protection. Sharak, on the other hand, is certainly no mother... But she's not opposed to protecting children anyway.

For now Sharak is stood by the wall outside a restaurant opposite a particularly large rollercoaster, watching the children run around screaming with an indulgent look in her eye. Maybe this isn't so bad.]

[ He wouldn't know. He can't remember a day before the one when, at eighteen, he'd hiked a mountain to bitch out a voice inside his head, and had instead ended up with a noisy, parasitic monkey. ]

I'm not disagreeing, but I'll still have to take responsibility for the choices I've made on my own. Though, if he is the what your sources say he is, I don't know if it matters what I do.

[Yes, her sources who are... not here at all... Genjo wouldn't know them, definitely not.]

Of course it matters. [She frowns at him.] So think before you act. Just what were you trying to do there?

I had to learn something about him. [ He can't afford to wonder about the past. Living in the moment comes with a distinct disadvantage, but it's the only way he can keep going without killing himself. ]

This shinki magic bullshit doesn't let me think. [ It's torture. He starts to walk back down the path, heading towards the gazebo. ] But I'm not getting far on reflexes either.

You scared him off, at least.

[Or something. Whatever the Ukoku equivalent of that is. Sharak follows him down the path.]

What do your reflexes tell you? [Because finally faced with the man, her reflexes had been blaring danger sirens in her head.] You can't think about the past, but what you have in the present is something.

Nothing. Like I'm walking along a cliff in the dark.

[ The danger was right there,and could swallow him whole at any moment. It'd take a misstep on his part, but it could. ] But...

[ It hasn't so far and he's starting to get used to it. The man said interesting things, sometimes insightful, sometimes bullshit. ]

[Well, that's reassuring.]

... Be careful, Genjo. If you're walking in the dark, bring a tether.

[She needs to know more. Needs a better understanding of what Ukoku's powers are, needs to know what he's trying to do. Genjo needs that too and she can't tell him to just sit back and let her handle it.]

That's good advice. [ His agreement is grim. ] Right now, I already have one, and Ukoku knows that it's tied to him.

[She was thinking of something or someone that could pull him out of the dark, so... Great.]

I say remove it.

[ Oh, was a policy of mutually assured destruction not the plan? No one told Sanzo this. It's his entire plan. ]

Tch. He's not going to go for it. [ Well, it's true. ] Not when he knows it's a problem for you.

[If she thought Sanzo could pull off the "mutual" part of that maybe she'd consider it.]

It's not any more of a problem for me than him being here at all is. [She's not in any danger.] But I don't like it.

[ He'll do what he can. If nothing else, he'll leave Ukoku in a bad position for someone else to pick up where he left off.

Or maybe nothing came of it. ]

It looked like a problem.

[... She should probably work on her temper.]

He knows the moment you feel upset or guilty. He knows exactly where you are at all times. He can summon you to his side no matter where you are. That doesn't sound like a problem to you?

That- [ He says as he gestures entirely too sharply, as if to encompass the entirety of the clusterfuck they'd just experienced. Once they're at the gazebo, he irritably slings his robe off over a railing to dry. ]

It's not my call. I'm sure as hell not going to trigger blight over something I can't change. [ Because if he wanted free and couldn't accomplish it, there's no doubt he'd go down a bad path. ]

... Fine.

[Then it's her problem after all. She'll find a way to take care of it. As they've already established, making things their business is a trait of Sanzos.]

[ He's quiet a moment, not looking at her. ]

"It's all designed to pull you apart from each other," huh? [ Is he directly quoting her? Damn right. ] You saw to the heart of it right away.

[He's quoting her to her. What a little shit. Sharak scoffs under her breath and sits down.]

What do you expect me to do?

A cigarette would be a start. [ He holds his pack up, and drops it near his robe with a sodden thump. Gross.

But the truth is that he doesn't know. ]

[Rummages through her sleeve to get out her own pack and offer it to him.]

Sorry. I'll owe you.

[Honestly, Sanzang's sudden appearance carries the distinct feeling that the sky should have darkened and ominous claps of thunder should've preceded it. She's clearly ready for a fight, irritation crackling around her aura-- this was her temple after all, and Sanzo had been blighted in her territory if her being led here by locking onto his position means anything.

She straightens and looks sharply between Sharak and Sanzo, taking stock of the situation in seconds. Sanzo, soaked, Sharak not...as soaked. The hot springs behind them. Tis really tells her nothing.]

Sanzo. [Her voice is quiet and utterly devoid of its usual cheer and warmth, and the blight is obvious on the beck of her neck when she moves her head, her hair too short to hide it.] Is everything alright?

Not- [ Whatever Sanzo had planned on replying with is cut short in the moments before Sanzang appears as if he sensed something. And, oh, he certainly had. He's never seen that expression on her face, or the power she now held around her. He doesn't pay much attention when he realizes that she's still blighted.

Fuck.

He swiftly changes priorities and grabs his soaked robe, closing the distance between himself and Sanzang. With an almost proprietary ease, he gets a grip on one of her arms and half-turns her to be able to wipe the wet fabric over her neck. ] Hey, don't just rush in with that shit still on you.

[ Everything isn't alright, but it's obviously not currently a fight that she's come into at this point. ]

[Not much scares Sharak. She's faced down gods and demons and worse still. But she's not ashamed to admit to feeling a little intimidated when Sanzang makes her appearance. Maybe she'll just wait here while Genjo goes to take care of her.]

... Are they all going to show up like this?

[Well, Sanzang is still a more welcome intrusion than Ukoku.]

[Sanzo effectively derails Sanzang, throwing her off balance as he turns her around]

Wha-- Hey! Sanzo! [Not in front of Sharak, she wanted to be cool a little while longer!! But the dangerous air evaporates almost immediately-- if Sanzo can be fussing at her, whatever's happened has either been resolved or isn't as big a deal as her initial panic led her to believe.

Sanzang pouts and makes a show of squirming] It's fine, it's fine! I've been dancing all this time with it, it's not that bad! [It's the only reason she hadn't been here earlier ready to kick someone's ass. She tilts her head to look back at him, expression exasperated but fond, before she tries to turn to look at Sharak]

Sharak! You should've said something if you were going to visit, you know! I would've come home early and put tea on! [Her tone is all cheer again, like maaaybe if she just keeps talking Sanzo won't focus on the fact she was overworking herself again.]

[ It's not like he wants to do this in front of witnesses either. This is more embarrassing for him than it is for her, easily, but it has to be done. Fussily, he shifts her beads around to make sure that he doesn't miss a spot of corruption.

And he is immensely grateful that it doesn't seem to have crept down her back towards where the fabric of her shirt started. (Had it, he might have considered Sharak's solution of tossing her in the water.) ]

This should be the last of the busybodies. [ Said to Sharak. His fingers twitch, tightening slightly on Sanzang's arm. She's been off overdoing it and she'd keep it up, but he'd made it harder on her. He's aware.

Finally satisfied, he releases her. ]

[Oh, this is cute. This is actually- it's a serious situation and they're both rightfully worried about each other, but it's cute. They look so close.]

... I didn't want to make a fuss. I only meant to check in on Genjo.

[But then Things Happened.]

[Ah, she knows what the hand tightening on her arm means. Oops. She's not apologetic for it though, not really, but she turns to face him anyway with a fond expression that speaks more than she could say.] Sanzo. [She says his name gently and touches at his hand with her sleeve as he pulls away, just a brief 'it's okay' gesture, before she turns to Sharak with a smile.]

That's alright, I'm sure Sanzo will fill me in on everything later! [Right, Sanzo?] You Sanzos can't go anywhere without some sort of fuss being raised, huh? [She laughs, but really, is she one to talk?? Granted, she's been in the least amount of trouble out of all of them since arriving here.]

At least it's never boring! Will you be staying a little while longer, Sharak? I'll make tea, or something to eat! I've been teaching the monkeys to make little snacks, you know! [It's going about as well as you'd think]
