[Under the lights, her skin seems to pale even further, and the contrast of the red against white scares him far more than he'd like to admit.

Lu Meng gets off the bed and rushes off to the bathroom, telling her that he'll be back quickly. A basin of water is quickly filled, and Lu Meng rushes back out with a small towel and some bandages, just in case he needs them. It's indecent for a man to sit so close to a woman, to pull part of her cloths to the side so that he has a better view of her neck. But he needs to check if the wound's properly sealed up, and all that blood on her needs to be washed up.

I'm sorry, my lady. I won't take too long. [He starts dabbing gently at the surrounding area of where puncture wounds were supposed to be. Is there any scarring? Or has her prayers completely removed the injury, as if it had never been made in the first place?]
