[OPEN]
Who: Yuto (
darkduelist) and you!
What: Yuto is searching for a new god
Where: Everywhere
When: Sometime after Vector's post.
Warnings: silent, broody teen. You have been warned.
[Even after talking to Vector, Yuto is still far from happy. He has to stay behind and wait, as his god ventures into Hell itself searching for Yuya. Yuto can't help but worry. It's his duty to be by the other's side! Even if they don't agree with each other, even if they don't get along. But Vector didn't want him to come. And as much as Yuto doesn't like it, he has decided to trust Vector.
And that also means it's the end of their team up for now.
Ignoring Vector's ridiculous post, Yuto decided to find other gods and talk to them personally about the matter. He can be now found on the streets, looking around and wondering how exactly to go about this. He should probably visit shrines. He can't expect to stumble upon a god on a street, after all.
But is he even going to get along with other gods?
Yuto sighs a little. Lately, he's been getting angry at Vector almost all the time for one thing or another. But in reality Yuto is more angry at himself than at anyone else. He is blaming himself for Yuya's disappearance and feeling frustrated that so far he had no luck finding even the smallest clue about his twin's whereabouts. Can someone like him, with heart full of regret, anger and saddens, really be a good shinki to anyone?]

So naturally, her worry spikes when she actually sees him out there, and in a flash she's dashed up to his side.]
Yuto!

Yuuki.
[He looks at her for a moment, then asks:]
Did something happen?
no subject
I saw the post. You really don't have a god anymore...?
no subject
You're mistaken. [He speaks calmly.] Vector is still my god. And he will be my god until I find someone else.
[He closes his eyes.]
You shouldn't worry about me.

[He frowns while looking at her, clearly not understanding why she still insist on worrying about him.]
I'm looking for gods now.
no subject
[It's as simple as that.]
Do you need any help? [...] Or company, too!

If he doesn't return, well, Tsuzuki'll worry about that when it happens.
With nothing really useful to do, though, Tsuzuki's decided he's going to put off worrying about it, and he's in the front yard of his own shrine, weeding the flowerbeds in preparation for putting in some azaleas up against the fence. The sunflowers are pretty, too, but he needs something to add a little early summer color for next year. Maybe after that, he can add spider lilies for the fall.
He looks up as he hears footsteps, and shades his face with a hand.
Hey, that isn't...]
Hi!
-- Yuto? You're Yuto, right?
no subject
In that very moment, he hears Tsuzuki calling to him. Yuto blinks once, finding it a bit unexpected that the other even remembers him, but not thinking much about it, he walks up.]
Yes, it's me.
[His reply is short.]
Hello. [He adds after a moment, giving the other a small nod in a greeting.]
no subject
[Tsuzuki straightens up, setting his handful of weeds down and brushing the dirt off his hands. Poor kid, he really looks lost.]
-- How are you? Are you okay? I mean, I ... saw that whole thing with Vector.
[He frowns. Maybe it's a good idea and maybe it's a terrible one, but still, he's pretty sure Vector could've handled talking to Yuto about it better.]
no subject
I'm fine. [His tone is firm. It's clear he doesn't want anyone worrying about him.]
I have spoken with Vector about it already. We decided to split up.
[His voice seems almost devoid of emotions when he explains that.]
no subject
[Poor kid. Tsuzuki doesn't push, though, not when Yuto sounds that determined to stay calm. Anyway, there's a more important question here.]
So who are you with now?
[He'd seen a few people offer, but it didn't look like any of them went through. Someone's got to keep an eye on Yuto until Vector gets back, or -- longer, if Vector doesn't.]
no subject
I'm still with Vector. I'll be with him until I find someone else.
[His gaze shifts towards the shrine.]
And that's why I'm here. [He looks back to Tsuzuku.]

After the rather eventful day he and Hibari have had (and after taking a nap), Ren decided it might be best to come back to his shrine for a while a give Hibari some space to sulk in peace. Since he'd already been planning to spend most of the next few days here, it's not actually much of an inconvenience to just start early.
For one thing, it means he can get a head-start on decorating for White Day. So far, he's managed to tie dozens of white ribbons to the top of the gate in front of his shrine, and at the time of Yuto's approach, he's working on attaching a white banner to one side of it.
While standing a wooden bucket he found. Which is not the widest or sturdiest thing he could be using. And when he's done tying what he needs to and moves to step down...he ends up stepping on the edge, and since his leg is already injured, it just buckles under him.
Down he goes...]
no subject
He doesn't even have to ask himself that for long though. He spots the redhead right away, as he's trying the white banner. Another familiar face, though Yuto wonders if the other would even recognize him now, when he's not in his dragon form.
And then he doesn't get to wonder about that for too long. The redhead falls down and Yuto, without thinking throws himself forward to catch him before he hits the ground.
...In result, they may both end up on the ground.]
You should be more careful!
[Did you really have to stand on some old bucket?]
no subject
So he's pretty startled when he...lands on a person instead of the ground. And any of his hasty attempts to apologize are cut short by the fact that this person is yelling at him too and the realization that he probably put himself in the way on purpose.]
You can see me! [Of course, he knows immediately what that means, but he's still delighted.] Thank you! You didn't get hurt, did you?
[Nope, doesn't recognize him, and...he doesn't seem to realize he should probably get up either.]
no subject
Yes, I can see you. And I'm not hurt.
[The fall was a bit painful, considering that the other landed right on top of him, but Yuto is not hurt in any way. Most probably. It's hard to check when he can't even move.
He frowns.]
Can you get up now? [There's just a tiny bit of irritation in his voice now. Doesn't this guy realize he's lying on him?]
no subject
Yes, sorry! It's been a really long day...
[And once he's stable enough on his feet, he reaches down to help yuto up if he needs it.]
So were you just passing by or did you come here looking for something?
no subject
I'm looking for a god.
[He crosses his arms, looking at the other for a moment.]
...You really don't recognize me, do you? [He seems to be saying that more to himself than to the other.]

But she also knows the difference between a mere solemn face and a somewhat saddened one. Frustrated at the very least and that's what has her approaching him with a mild expression, friendly without any excess of sympathy.]
You look a bit lost.
no subject
Do I, really?
[He looks at her again, trying to keep his expression unreadable.]
I'm searching for gods. [He explains eventually and watches her, waiting for her reaction. H knows she's seen Vector's post.]
no subject
Yeah? How's that going?
[If the question seems insensitive it's only because she wants to leave it up to him. Not everyone wants to get all into their feelings with the first person they barely know. She would now. She was one of them.]
no subject
I've talked to a few gods already, but I'm still looking.
[In other words, he has not found a new god yet.]
no subject
Well... at least you get a choice in the matter now. Better chance of finding someone that's a good fit. [Because she has a hard time believing that guy was good for anyone.]
no subject
[He sighs a little bit.] Anyone who would get along with me would be fine.
[Is that a lot to ask for?]
