Summary: It's time to get rid of the mess that that demon made!



The attack by the demon recently has left the surrounding area in a very sorry state. Not only are some people still hospitalized or slowly recovering from the affects of the draining of their life force, but a lot of nasty accidents happened during the time that people were walking around like they were dead to the world. It's been attributed to an odd natural disaster, and many think it may have been an illness that caused it.

The Heavens have decided to send any available gods and shinki down to help out in the relief efforts. If they try hard enough, they should be easily seen for the times when they are helping people out, so it shouldn't be a problem.

On top of that, some new arrivals have suddenly appeared. Amaterasu has left them little handwritten notes pinned to their shirts:

'These people need your help! I'm sorry to throw you into things like this, but please do what you can.

☼ Amaterasu ☼'

And yes, she has doodled little suns next to her name.



Care

There are a lot of people who were left hurt because of the incident with the demon and they are still trying to recover from it. From broken bones all the way to mental trauma, these people have seen a lot of crazy stuff and they aren't feeling so hot. Any kind of care is viable, but you might also want to just be an errand-runner in order to help the qualified people who are already doing a pretty good job of helping these poor folks out.

Food

A fair number of homes and stores managed to get destroyed amidst everything going on with the demon, so there's a lot of work for the neighborhood to do in helping them out. Whether by helping to rebuild what has been broken or by just handing out some free food to the people who need it. Of course, you might also take some food for yourself. Hopefully you're not a horrible enough person to just steal from the homeless~

Literal Cleaning

And here's where the fun comes in. The buildings that need to be rebuilt and the streets that need to be cleaned up are all under works and you can help in any way you deem worthy. You might carry loads or actually put forth the effort to help rebuild some lost homes, it's up to you. Of course, if you set about helping out in this way, you might notice little fairy-like spirits flitting around each of the Near Shore residents who are working hard to help each other out. The little spirits shine brightly and seem to shy away if approached, but they titter happily anytime the person they're following does something nice.

Banquet

After the day is done, the Heavens have a special treat set up for anyone who helped out - a large banquet in the Meeting Hall back on the Far Shore. Just like any other banquet, there is food and booze of every kind available. But also, the small tittering bright white spirits are in attendance, following around any Far Shore resident who helped out today. You might find yourself with a new friend or two who won't leave you alone, who keep giggling anytime you're kind, and who don't seem to be able to talk and only exude delight and good feelings.



In Summary:

• Help out the people affected by the demon
• Give out food to people who need it
• Clean up the messes
• Eat some good food, drink some good booze
• Have fun~

[With a grumble, Roxas hands over the food. It's all meat things, and he does not look happy.]

I told them I don't like this stuff.

[Zoro laughs, taking the plates happily.]

They don't seem to want to listen so just let them keep it coming and I'll eat it all for you!

[He takes a bite out of a steak and sighs happily, looking at Roxas after.]

How come you don't like this stuff?

[Eat away.]

I don't really eat meat.

[He's got a good reason...]

[Zoro stares at him for a second.]

Why?

[He's so surprised over someone not eating meat that he stopped eating.]

[missingache]

[Just the memory of it makes him queasy.]

A friend of mine was a butcher...

[wadoichimonji]

[Zoro just stares.

Then it hits him.]

It made you feel bad to see animals being killed?

[missingache]

I worked with animals. I don't want them to be killed at all.

[Even the older animals deserved to die in their own time.]

[wadoichimonji]

...Ah.

[He takes a moment, eating a chicken leg that's on his plate before talking.]

Well, are you getting all the nutrients you need?

[missingache]

Yeah. My friend ran a cooking club so I learned a lot about food. There's a lot of other sources of proteins. Like beans and nuts.

[Some of the food was a lot better without meat.]

[wadoichimonji]

That's good, you ned to keep on growing and get some muscle after all.

[He nods, stuffing himself with a chicken breast.]

Any new favourite dishes with those beans and nuts?

[missingache]

I-I'm taller than I was a year and a half ago!

[Oh hey a spirit finally got the hint and brings Roxas something he'll actually eat!]

It might sound fancy, but it's easy to make. Green beans with almonds and garlic is a good recipe.

[wadoichimonji]

Oh? So you were even shorter?

[Zoro hums appreciatively and nods.]

That sounds delicious. I would love to try it one day.

[missingache]

Isn't that obvious? How could I get taller if I wasn't shorter before.

[Someone who wants to try vegetarian recipes... Roxas smiles at Zoro.]

Okay! I guess we just gotta figure out a time and place.

[wadoichimonji]

Well..... You're not exactly tall so...

[Zoro smiles back, he really wants to fluff Roxas' hair but he stops himself.]

Tell me a place and I'll meet you there! ... Eventually!

[missingache]

H-Hey! I've still got time to get even taller!

[Roxas would just bat your hand away, Zoro.]

My temple is... if you see a temple with deer and dog statues around it, that's mine. If I'm not there, one or both my shinki usually are. I'll tell them your name, but... Senri might not remember it.

[wadoichimonji]

Are you sure? You don't seem like you'd be too tall at all.

[He nods.]

I don't think I've ever seen this temple, it'll be fun to find it!

[missingache]

If Ventus can reach Terra tall, so can I! I've still got a few years!

[Then again, that Ven had a lot of years growth ahead of him.]

It's a huge forest if that helps?

I don't know those people, but do you think you'll ever be as tall as me?

[Nope, that just makes it worse.]

Forests I can do! I always find my way in them!

[He gets lost worse in forested areas.]

[missingache]

... Even if I'm never as tall as you, I'll get tall enough!

[I.e. tall enough where he might still be taller than Sora. That's enough for him. Maybe taller than Riku...]

.... you sure?

[wadoichimonji]

Sure you will, little guy.

[He's not even that short Zoro, come on he's Luffy's height, but he goes in for the hair ruffle, that spiky hair is calling to him.]

Absolutely! I always end up where I need to be.

[Which is true, just never when he needs to.]

[Zoro gets grumbled at, Roxas lightly swatting at his hand.]

H-Hey!

[Hmmm...]

I have some dogs that if they notice you're lost will lead you to the temple.

[wadoichimonji]

[He just laughs, and nods.]

Dogs eh? I like dogs, but I don't get lost that often, [LIES] so they'll probably won't have to get me.

[missingache]

.... then consider it a godly escort!

[Does that sound better?]

[He thinks for a moment, then nods.]

Get your dogs to go find me whenever you want me at your temple then.

[missingache]

[.... he's never thought about sending his dogs outside of the temple grounds... but Kairi's been taking them for walks so it's gotta work!]

They gotta meet you first. I don't know how good their sense of smell is, but they are good at finding people once they know them. They find Saix whenever he comes over.
