Summary: It's time to get rid of the mess that that demon made!



The attack by the demon recently has left the surrounding area in a very sorry state. Not only are some people still hospitalized or slowly recovering from the affects of the draining of their life force, but a lot of nasty accidents happened during the time that people were walking around like they were dead to the world. It's been attributed to an odd natural disaster, and many think it may have been an illness that caused it.

The Heavens have decided to send any available gods and shinki down to help out in the relief efforts. If they try hard enough, they should be easily seen for the times when they are helping people out, so it shouldn't be a problem.

On top of that, some new arrivals have suddenly appeared. Amaterasu has left them little handwritten notes pinned to their shirts:

'These people need your help! I'm sorry to throw you into things like this, but please do what you can.

☼ Amaterasu ☼'

And yes, she has doodled little suns next to her name.



Care

There are a lot of people who were left hurt because of the incident with the demon and they are still trying to recover from it. From broken bones all the way to mental trauma, these people have seen a lot of crazy stuff and they aren't feeling so hot. Any kind of care is viable, but you might also want to just be an errand-runner in order to help the qualified people who are already doing a pretty good job of helping these poor folks out.

Food

A fair number of homes and stores managed to get destroyed amidst everything going on with the demon, so there's a lot of work for the neighborhood to do in helping them out. Whether by helping to rebuild what has been broken or by just handing out some free food to the people who need it. Of course, you might also take some food for yourself. Hopefully you're not a horrible enough person to just steal from the homeless~

Literal Cleaning

And here's where the fun comes in. The buildings that need to be rebuilt and the streets that need to be cleaned up are all under works and you can help in any way you deem worthy. You might carry loads or actually put forth the effort to help rebuild some lost homes, it's up to you. Of course, if you set about helping out in this way, you might notice little fairy-like spirits flitting around each of the Near Shore residents who are working hard to help each other out. The little spirits shine brightly and seem to shy away if approached, but they titter happily anytime the person they're following does something nice.

Banquet

After the day is done, the Heavens have a special treat set up for anyone who helped out - a large banquet in the Meeting Hall back on the Far Shore. Just like any other banquet, there is food and booze of every kind available. But also, the small tittering bright white spirits are in attendance, following around any Far Shore resident who helped out today. You might find yourself with a new friend or two who won't leave you alone, who keep giggling anytime you're kind, and who don't seem to be able to talk and only exude delight and good feelings.



In Summary:

• Help out the people affected by the demon
• Give out food to people who need it
• Clean up the messes
• Eat some good food, drink some good booze
• Have fun~

[Nodding, Roxas smiles at Sora.] I will. She really likes my temple, but I gotta get her some more clothes before I go home. [Variety is what girls like, right?

He blinks a few times.] Three likes? Wait. Do you mean love or just a lot of like?

[Yep it's decided, Sora's just gonna permanently move in at this point.

But wow his thoughts on that get completely derailed. Does he mean love?! Love... Does he love Roxas... If his feelings about Roxas being a shinki are anything to go off of, yes. And the countless other things he loves about Roxas (it's a really long list), also yes. And that thought somehow feels right in his heart.]

Ummm. Love. ...I think. Please don't freak out.

[Is Roxas gonna think that's too much and reject him forever?! Oh gosh that tightness in his chest is coming back again.]

[Freak out? Roxas freaking out over something like this?

No. He starts laughing, holding Sora closer. This was so surreal that it feels like a dream. Soon enough tears are running down the blond's cheeks. He looks anything but sad. He pulls Sora as close as he can, kissing him and putting all of his feelings into it. He breaks the kiss eventually and his entire demeanor is of someone relaxed and relieved.]

I was wondering when you'd figure it out. You're kinda slow.

[oathkeeper]

[That reaction is almost not what he expected. Roxas is laughing and then he's crying and kissing him so sweetly Sora feels his heart flutter like crazy. He can't help but to laugh too and when the kiss ends he reaches up to wipe Roxas' cheeks. No crying allowed, he'll start crying too...!!]

W-What?! What do you mean slow?!

[Despite the jab Sora is smiling. Maybe a little awkwardly embarrassed at his revelation taking longer.]

[It's a very happy reaction. Tears and all. Roxas has a smile of his own as he nods.]

Remember? I've been in love before. I knew what it was... A while ago. Pippa just got me really thinking about it. [He really does miss her.] Though I guess I was oblivious when it came to you. Until that night at Leo's. Except I thought it was just a crush that you were acting on.

[He tries not to look even a little sad.] I told myself I'd be happy to just be like we were even if you never felt the same.

[oathkeeper]

[Well now he feels a little bad for being so slow on the uptake. He flusters a bit, looking down at his feet. But he's still smiling.]

Honestly? I've liked you for a while now. Probably since a little while after we came here. [Sora shrugs a bit, looking nostalgic. He should have listened to Pippa better.] Something always came up or something was always happening. But I can't really think about how things would be if we weren't like how we are now. It hasn't been a crush for a while, I think.

[Then he looks up at Roxas a lopsided grin on his lips.] So that means you love me too, right?

[Roxas has this weird way of calming Sora down. No one else can really do that as quickly as Roxas can. He's still pretty upset about Kairi and doesn't think he can get back to work today but... He'd try to take this in stride.]

[Being honest is really good in this case, and Roxas is glad that Sora made him promise to always tell the other everything. Except it's embarrassing and daunting to admit you're in love with someone when you assume they don't feel the same. There were so many signs. WHY DIDN'T HE TAKE THEM SERIOUSLY]

I'm sorry I didn't notice... No wonder people thought we were together already. [He looks exasperated, but it quickly changes to happy again.] Yeah, I do love you.

[... And now he's a bit stunned. That day at the aquarium ] .... That really was a date wasn't it.

[oathkeeper]

[A hundred billion signs. Sora's an open book when it comes to these sorts of things and he knows it. But Sora's not gonna knock on Roxas for that. It's kind of cute in retrospect.]

Not even that one time we almost kissed when we shared pocky? [He nudges Roxas. Okay maybe he'll knock on Roxas a little.]

[He's grinning like an idiot when Roxas says he loves him and then laughs.] ... The day out? Yep, not that you noticed!

[missingache]

[Just going to stare now.] You're the one who panicked and pulled away. I would have been fine with a kiss then.

[Roxas knows how to turn the tables on you, buddy. Does this mean they can't play that game anymore because they're kissing already?

He huffs.] You said it wasn't!

[oathkeeper]

[And then suddenly all is well in the universe between them again. Equilibrium achieved.]

Yeah! Because I liked you, dummy! And you were this close [he motions with his hand] to my face! Back then you talked about your girlfriend a lot and I didn't think you'd like me back so of course I pulled away.

[Then he picks to pout a little.] Come on, don't be mad. That half of the day was great.

[missingache]

[Well now Roxas can be that close whenever he wants to. He bites his lip and looks away.] Her name's Shiro... And even though I still like her a lot-[He turns back to Sora with a smile]-The feeling is way more than like with you. And I liked you even back then!

[He grumbles softly.] Let's have a less wet date next time.

[oathkeeper]

[Sora returns the smile and leans in to kiss Roxas.] I know, you don't have to remind me. You really should have said something to me if you like me then, though!

[Sora would never make Roxas forget about how he feels about her, he'd never make him deal with that kind of turmoil. Feeling are feelings and they should all be important. He just didn't think there was enough room for him too, back then.

He's glad there is. He grins.] Nothing tops dolphins, but okay.

[missingache]

[They're gonna be kissing a lot more, aren't they. Roxas sighs softly.] With how you reacted to the pocky thing and then that list of nice things you told me when half asleep... I kind of doubted you liked me. It was more like... You were confused about what you liked?

[Sora, you don't seem the type to like boys is what he's saying. Also, Roxas has a huge not-heart. You fit right in.]

Capybara top dolphins. They have those at the zoo.

[oathkeeper]

[Yep, side effect of being with Sora. Sorry.] Confused? What do you mean confused?

[Roxas might have to spell that out for Sora. He's never really thought about gender things when it comes to this stuff.]

Hmm, I'll judge that when I see one. Zoo next, then?

[missingache]

[Sora. Sora.] Guys. That you liked guys.

[Whereas Roxas was forced to confront these thoughts a few times in his short life.

He nods, looking excited.] They're super cute. Like giant guinea pigs!

[oathkeeper]

[He laughs and shrugs his shoulders.] Is that really a big deal? You asked Leo about that too, didn't you. Does it bother you?

[Sora does't get it! He loves Roxas, girls are still cute, boys are still cute, what's the issue?]

Really?! Like giant guinea pigs, that's awesome!! [He's effectively excited now. Oh gosh.]

[missingache]

Some people made it a big deal back in Koriko and some do here, too... [Roxas shakes his head.] Not really. There was a guy I liked back in Koriko, and there's cute girls here. But... I picked you.

[They are huge and cute and Souji sent him pictures and videos.] We should go sometime.

[oathkeeper]

[Okay. The way Roxas says I picked you does make Sora smile and get a dumb blush on his cheeks though. He might be feeling a lot little flattered. It takes a bit of effort to not fidget. He likes being the one Roxas' picked.] Then who cares what anyone says. If it's a big deal to someone they can butt out.

[He nods.] Maybe a little while from now? I really want to spend some time with Kairi too.

[missingache]

[People do need to butt out. Roxas looks thoughtful for a moment. Do they have or want a label? He'd be fine either way.] Now I wanna tell some people about this.

I know. [It's odd not to feel jealous because the girl your other half wants to spend time with is here. Probably because she has no memories of Sora.... No he still wouldn't be jealous even if she did have them.] But you better still come back to our bed at night. Just you.

[oathkeeper]

You do? What do you wanna say? [He's fine with that. He just remembers Roxas saying he didn't like people knowing this kind of stuff back in Koriko. That everyone blabbed. Which is why Sora hadn't really told anyone himself aside from passing comments about having a crush to Sheryl and Pippa. And obviously Leo found out.]

[Sora snorts and laughs. He reaches to run his fingers over the wristband Roxas is wearing. Guess sleepovers with Kairi are out of the question. But this commitment is part of being with someone, he's realizing. He grins.] I promise to come back to our bed at night. Cross my heart.

[missingache]

Only to friends. Like Sheryl, Katniss, Axel, Aqua... Important people. [People he knows won't blab. He knows at least 2 out of those 4 would be happy at least.

And he told Leo. That's how it was found out.

Roxas nods, kissing Sora's cheek.] Good. I want at least one shinki free zone. They can't come into my quarters without my permission anyways.

[oathkeeper]

Forrest, Elise, Aymeric and my shinki Riku? [Those are his other important people. They're still in the workings of picking a new name for Riku Replica...] Sounds like we need another party! [:D]

[Then he laughs warmly again.] Roxas, that sounds a little dorky.

[missingache]

Who... is Elise? [Tell him because he's not comfortable possibly inviting a stranger. Aymeric might be an exception.] Yeah, we should. Here or your temple? If we do it here, we could have a fire on the patio. Oh, I should invite Jakob.

[Roxas huffs softly.] How is that dorky? I want some privacy!

[oathkeeper]

Leo's little sister. She's our age. [Sora sticks his tongue out at Roxas.]

Yours has more room, but I got the beach. We can always have a fire in on the beach too? [He snickers at the mention of Jakob.] Sure! But you might wanna be careful inviting Add's shinki. [Please no more fights. Wheeze. Also Sora has already seen Add's weird spy cube things.

He grins, another small blush hitting his cheeks.] I'm just kidding! You could have just said our bedroom is our bedroom.

[missingache]

That guy has a little sister? [Is she anything like him?]

I think they'd like the beach more. My place is still a little cold even though it's almost summer. Must be the trees. I guess it would be easier on the deer, too. [Roxas blinks.] Why's that?

[.... He likes the sound of that. It is their bedroom, isn't it.] Does this mean you're moving in?
