The sparking doesn't quite stop, but he does become a little more focused at the suggestion of asking a few questions. He doesn't need the bridge's influence to want to know more, but it certainly helps him to fixate his attention solely on Ekko. He turns half-way to finally look at the boy beside him.

Why did you become an engineer? Is advanced technology common where you're from? Or AI, is that commonly accepted or looked down upon? I was good at it. Yeah, hextech is all over the place in Zaun and Piltover. The only AI I know of is Orianna, and she's fascinating, but kind of creepy. Probably because she sounds so robotic. Somebody threw out a magic crystal that was in pieces. When I picked it up and started working with it, I could go back in time.
