[ So far what they got from the neighbor wasn't much at all so it made him ponder. ]

They're suffering financially because of the mother being hospitalized and unable to work. So that does make the living situations even harsher. I wonder if we can get donations or anything that might be given to the family.

[ Mikleo was really thinking aloud but it was something that came across his mind. ]

If we can get enough donations to cover her for her time in the hospital, we might be able to alleviate the stress. However, we're not certain how long she's going to remain there or how much in terms of donations we'll need.

[ Much less how to get those donations. ]

Donations is a really good start! [ He compliments Mikleo easily. It's a good idea, really. He'd like to try it. He's sure if others knew the situation, than they'd be able to get donations with little problem. ]

And... it's likely the quickest way to get the funds that they need. But, you're right. we'll have to figure out a way to gather more money that they'll need in the future, too.

[ They could get jobs, but... that isn't exactly speedy, either. But, what about odd jobs? Small ones that could earn them money quickly. ]

... What about working for doing small jobs?

[ He wasn't expecting Sorey to compliment him for that out of the blue so he's a bit embarrassed but he quickly covers it up for the more important conversation at hand. ][ Getting jobs would work but how long would they have to work and how would they go about doing that with their God and Shinki duties as well. Mikleo continues to ponder on it. ]

Small jobs? You mean like odd jobs that people require assistance for right? That can work. There are a lot of odd jobs we can do.

Exactly! [ Sorey nods his head with a wide smile. The more ideas they have, the better - and both of these ideas is likely to help out in the long run. ]

If we both take on some jobs like that, then it'll help us make even more money after we collect donations.

Though, we're not sure how much work we can get in the mean time. We should try to see how much work we can do. Such things like these aren't consistent. Some days we might have work and others we might not. Though, the challenge of finding work is motivating, don't you think?

[ Since such jobs are odd for that reason. Though, Sorey was very happy about being able to do something so he's happy as well but it still means that there will be hiccups and complications along the way but he wasn't the type to give up on a challenge so he was definitely on board. ]

I'll get more than one job. That way we'd be working more, won't we?

[ We meaning him... It's just more ways to make money more quickly. ]

It is, though! I haven't had a job before. I think.

[ He muses briefly with his arms crossed. There's no way he's going to let Sorey do all the hard labor. He's going to make sure he helps in his own way but gathering that many jobs can be exhausting for one God. He understands their plight, but having an overworked God isn't ideal either. Sorey's well being is important, even if he doesn't exactly understand why he feels the way he does about his God. ]

Neither have I. We'd have to pick and choose what we can do in all honesty. I can't have you overwork yourself either. There are many people who require your help but you won't be helpful if you overwork yourself, Sorey.

[ So, he overworks a little. He'll be fine! He wants to do what he can to help with this situation. ]

Don't worry. I'll be fine. ... I can definitely handle a couple jobs at a time. [ Besides, if he can't help this human with this prayer, than how can he help others who need more than this? ]

[ A little sounds like an understatement but Mikleo might be overreacting. He doesn't really get why but he is. In any case, they have more important things to look into. ]

[ He replies after giving a small sigh. ]

What I'm trying to say is, we should take it slow. We don't know how tough certain jobs will be so we should start off with a set number and see how well we fare. We can increase the work load when we're more aware of how much work its. As of right now, we don't even know what kinds of jobs are being offered.

[ What Mikleo says makes sense. If they pace themselves, it might take a while - but they'll be able to do more that way. ]

One job at a time, huh.... Sounds good. I'm sure we'll be able to find some jobs that pay more than the other, too.

[ That's what he's trying to explain so he's glad for the understanding of his opinions. ]

Yeah, something like that. We can start with one, maybe move to two or three if we think it's doable but starting off small would be best.

[ He nods his head. ]

[ As a thought that he noticed when he did try to ask someone. ]

[ It seems that might be normal with Shinki, but... Sorey doesn't like it, either. ]

This way, we'll be able to do finish jobs more quickly, though. [ He comments, looking on the bright side. ]

[ There's really nothing they could do about the matter but he appreciates the thoughts nonetheless. ]

Should we finish up here and start on our plan?

Good idea! But, I wonder where we'd be able to find jobs first.

[ ... They should probably figure that out first. ]

That's a good question. Why don't we start with asking people who seem like they could use a hand or we can see if there's some sort of community watch that we can assist with.

[ Maybe he's thinking aloud but that's all he's really got. ]
