As a general rule, Chikusa tries to keep the temple stocked up on supplies. Oh, sure, they're not great supplies, currently- canned food and other cheap things which can be made simply and quickly, but they by all means count. Besides, he's not certain of his cooking ability yet.

Still, that doesn't mean they have to live like slobs. They may as well get some spices, eggs... things like that. Simple things to start with.

It's not meant to be a long stop. He's merely passing through a small store not that far from one of Axel's shrines, skillfully slipping some things into his bag (there's no need to be careless even with partial invisibility). With that done, he immediately and quietly makes for the exit, just another teenager in a baby blue beanie.

[Listen, even if Zero has vampire hearing, what do you want from him? To actually pay for things?]

[Sighing again when Zero suddenly appears in front of him, shoulders hunching up, Chikusa raises an eyebrow.]

Are you an idiot...?

[ And he's moving to pick him up to throw him over his shoulder. You don't want to talk, fine. He's got other methods to get you to talk. ]

[Chikusa reacts badly to suddenly being grabbed like this and reacts immediately, nothing at all like his generally shiftless demeanor of before, and he lashes out with one long leg to knee him in the gut while trying to shove away with his hands. It's not even conscious on some level, just an automatic reaction of alarm.]

[ His god power is density manipulation. As soon as he tries to hit him his foot goes through him as not to injure him but where he's carrying him, over his shoulder, its solid as ever and he keeps on walking. ]

[....Well. That's certainly something.]

[Chikusa is stiff and clearly alarmed for a few seconds longer on Zero's shoulder, but it soon passes, and he slumps limply there. Excuse him as he tries to reach into his pocket for his phone.]

Where are we going...

Then, we're going to every temple until we find the right one.

[ Zero ignores him and comes to a stop, pulling out his communicator with one hand. Rather than wait him out, he's going to do the next best thing. With Chikusa still on his shoulder he hits the record button and asks for his god. ]

[And after a variety of stupid conversations, notably this one.... Chikusa is suddenly a lot more lively as he goes after Zero.]

Give that back!

[ The sudden shout has him turning halfway. ]

You'll get it back when you stop stealing.

[kokuyoyo]

[Sorry, Zero, did you say something? Because he's making a fast grab for his hat- not vampire fast, but clearly pushing usual human quickness.]

[ Yeah, Zero is just going to side-step you with vampire speed and casually turn around and start walking. ]

Go home, Chikusa.

Give me back my hat.

[yeah no he's still following]

[ Yeah, he's not even going to face you. Just giving you his back as he heads back to his temple. ]

That's not a reliable deal. Give me back my hat.

[He's.... he's not leaving, Zero. He's following. He'll follow you all the way back to your temple.]

[ An amused look. Go ahead. You can spend the night with Ceberus. He has a thing for new souls and he's not particularly kind towards anyone who doesn't smell like pomegranates. ]

[A much more annoyed look, eyes dark with it.]

You want me to "stop stealing".... But I'm not stealing now, or do it every time. You have no way to prove it one way or the other, either...
