A. I’m falling between the cracks

[After the event that affected the Heavens, Lavi has decided to take it upon himself to distance himself from a few people.

So, people would be able to find Lavi at a park, huddled under a tree. He doesn’t seem to be paying attention to anything in particular, but his usual headband is missing and there’s a silver bird clip currently attached to the collar of his shirt. His eye seems to be focused on a book laid out on his lap, lips moving as he reads what’s on the page.

However, the moment he senses someone coming up to him, the book is slammed shut and he eyes the person almost warily.]

B. The Library Goblins

[Thanks to the pulse or whatever it was, one of the first things Lavi’s done after returning to normal is to inspect the library.

Or rather, inspect the area around it.

He frowns a bit, cupping his chin in thought before he turns to the nearest person.]

Have you seen the goblins? [This is. A very important question since Lavi’s become aware of the goblins the moment they had decided to steal the books back.]

[Would you really take back punching Fuujin though, Lavi? Come on, how many people can say they punched one of the old gods?]

[He's quiet for a moment.]

He's okay, and that's what's really important.

[At least he's okay in his reality.]

[No, he wouldn't have changed it.

...Maybe he'd feel better punching Fuujin as an adult than as a child, but as a child, he gets a pass, so--!

Lavi thinks it over.]

Alright, for both of you: Was there ever a time you had to keep a big secret for somebody?

[Hajime reaches and up to ruffle Izuku's hair. There there.

She blinks slowly at the question, holding up a finger.]

This is just a yes or no answer, huh? Then..Yep! I have!

[He just lets it happen.

There's a pause...]

Yes.

One of you can go now.

[Hajime just looks at Lavi, head tilting to the side a bit before claping her hands and looking to Izuku]

Your turn! Make it good, Dekuku!

To both of you, what's the longest you've ever had to keep a secret?

Lavi grins a bit at Izuku.]

The longest would be since the moment I've arrived here.

You've kept a secret since your first day? That's like a record, Lavi.

[She nudges him.]

Longest...? Mmmmm that's hard because I didn't actually get to reveal it before I left back home. I think I was still knocked out. So I guess it's been a few months now?

[She really isn't sure how time flows between here and her home]

That's gotta be a while now, huh?

[He figures if they really want to know about what those secrets are it could come up.]

Alright, Lavi or Hajime, go for it.

Hajime can go.

[He did already kinda went, after all.

It's only fair.]

If say so. Let's go big or go home.

[She clears her throat]

What is you biggest secret? It can be something that you keep close to your heart, a weakness...anything really! Something no one else knows that you keep zipped up tight!

[Hajime makes a zipping motion infront of her lips. It's meant for both of them. Now that this is a three-way game, it's only natural. Though, she does know more about Izuku then Lavi so these harder questions, well, Izuku is more of a causality. It's fun to take little jabs at Levi though. All the same, her smile stays sweet, growing even.]

[Ah, he should have expected this. That's a... big one, and Izuku's chewing at his bottom lip.

Even without All Might here, it's not entirely his secret to tell. And besides, shouldn't he tell his boyfriend before he tells his best friends?]

... It's how I got my quirk.

[That's probably the safest way he can say it.]

I don't have a big secret.

[And he really doesn't. Even with his longest secret aside, Lavi has no other big secret that he has.

The joys of being a shinki, he guesses, but something isn't quite...right with that. So, he'll quickly move along with the questions.]

What would you be willing to do if it means protecting your friends?

[Aww that's so boring though. But at least she got something out of Izuku. She won't press more then that, it is just a game after all. She winks to him before blinking at Lavi's question. Again, she doesn't need to think about it for a second.]

[What was Lavi expecting from these two?]

[A blink before he shakes his head.]

Think I'll end up having to skip a few rounds because of you heroes.

Aw, don't say that Lavi! How about...same question, right back at you?

[She's not surprised at all by Izuku's answer. If it was anything else, that would be the real surprise.]

[He has a few very close friends, and for them, he'd be willing to do anything, rules be damned.]

Who are you closest to here?

Hey, hey, you two are just ganging up on me now.

[But to Hajime:]

I'd do anything to.

[And to Izuku:]

You and my goddess.

That's sweet! Hey, hey, Dekuku, you got a good friend here~!

[She nudges him gently her elbow, smile growing]

There's some hope for Lavi yet~!

[There's a slight blush on Izuku's features. Look he's not used to being in somebody's top list!]

[A blink before he laughs.]

I did. Just wasn't expecting you both to hit me with those questions.

You gotta be ready for anything, Lavi. This should be easy peasy compared to our last game.

[Hajime's smile grows a bit more at that as she looks to Izuku]

Izuku is good at this game too though.
