[ Open-ish ]
Who: Yona and castmates/adjacent CR
When: The days after the Age-Swap Event
Where: Yona's Temple
What: Catch-all to deal with fallout from the new arrivals and things discovered during the age swap event. Also probably a picnic.
[ The day after time is restored to normal, Yona sticks close to her temple, mind still reeling from what she had learned and the hectic events of the past few days. Between the arrival of her two newest shinki and some of the conversations she'd had with companions over the past few days, taking some time to process it seems the wisest of ideas.
But even though she doesn't venture far from her own temple, it doesn't mean she doesn't welcome anyone who stops by for a visit, clearly happy to greet anyone who stops by. Especially if they are people she needed to talk with anyway.
As for those staying in her temple, she does her best to make sure they get settled and comfortable, answering any questions she can to try and make this new arrangement as smooth as possible. And if there's a sudden resurgence of bad dreams in the aftermath of one particular shinki coming back to live in this place with her... well. She does her best to hide the evidence of it. ]

[ Like when you constantly fluster her up. He's had to keep an eye on the guy's need to keep close to their goddess to make sure things don't go too far. Well, maybe not always close, but at least making sure an eye was kept on them.
Hence how this turned to whether the other shinki noticed Yona's sleeping habits. He wasn't going to divulge her personal information, like how she would scream out and have worse nightmares when it was just the two of them, but maybe it was possible to work with this stranger on something. It was hard- there was a huge gap in everything between them. ]
Yeah. If you asked her about it though, she'll insist on sleeping fine. Have you gotten that too?
no subject
[He shifts his weight slightly, his expression turning somber, thoughtful. He had noticed that, as well.]
Seems like she's the type to deny that she's anything but fine whenever she's asked, no matter the reason. That's not good for her.
no subject
[ Something they easily agree on. ]
Actually, she's been sleeping better now that you two are around. I have no clue if it's because this place is almost a copy of her home or something else entirely. Just that I haven't been able to help her.
[ Because, as Jae-ha has been able to figure out, she shuts the help out. ]
no subject
[That's an interesting development, and he frowns slightly as he considers what it might mean.]
Perhaps it's that she feels safer. If one protector is good, then three is certainly better.

All he could do was listen, after putting her into a corner where Yona felt she had no choice but to confide in Shizuo. It wasn't really by choice though, or it didn't feel like he left her one.
Was it his place to share those personal memories with the other two, though? That didn't seem right. ]
... It's made you two more useful than I have been on my own. Even if some of the things you do piss me off, I'm fine with admitting that much.

[Jae-Ha is quite likeable, thank you, or so he likes to think. He's not certain about Hak yet, but the fact that the larger man is so obstinate makes him an interesting challenge in his own right.]
Even if that's all we've managed so far, I'm glad she has some relief.
no subject
[ He's not sure about Hak either, but it was already easier to get along with that guy. Probably because they were both the type that liked to relax somewhere in peace. Honestly, Shizuo doesn't think on it too heavily. He was paranoid about both, but aside for them just being strangers, there were different reasons for each of them.
The fact that they did seem so attached to Yona is why Shizuo accepted them. Which meant not picking fights every little second.
Pulling Jae-Ha away from her like a little kid didn't count. ]
It's a good start. It's what keeps me from throwing you out of the temple grounds.
[ Literally, not in the way of kicking him out. Despite Hak encouraging this happen to Jae-Ha. ]
no subject
Not my astonishingly good looks? Oh, well. I'll take what I can get.
[Of course, if it came down to them trying to throw him out on his ass, he'd put up one hell of a fight.]
You needn't worry about me when it comes to Yona-chan. I'm here to protect her, the same as you.
no subject
I really couldn't care about your looks.
[ Shizuo somewhat doesn't care about his own, despite how much time he took in the mornings to get his hair fixed up. ]
The fact that you both actually care and want to protect her is why I'm trying to cooperate.
[ Yes, this is him trying. ]
no subject
[He lets out a brief sigh, lamenting and dramatic, even as the conversation continues on to something more serious.]
Well, if this is your best effort, I won't say I'm impressed, but I do appreciate it all the same. It must be a real struggle.
no subject
[ It's not that he lacks aesthetic, but Jae-Ha just wasn't the type that he'd think about or see like that. ]
It's not really my best effort, though. I'm not gonna force things to get along with either of you. It's too much damn work and I'd rather be myself than feel like I need to keep that kind of act up.
[ Yes. He could act and be nicer. Acting has turned out to be pretty easy, actually. ]
no subject
[She'd be happy to know the three of them were getting along, after all.]
no subject
[ Which sounds better for everyone's health. ]
no subject
[He assumes. He can't actually remember, after all, but he's sure it must be true.]
no subject
[ Stop pulling things out your ass. He's not cleaning it up. ]
no subject
I will soon enough.
no subject
... Yeah. I really don't get where you're getting that from.
no subject
[Come on, Shizuo, loosen up a little.]
no subject
[ He is loosened up. This is somehow him at a pretty relaxed state right now. ]
no subject
[Just a hunch, since Shizuo doesn't seem to think much of it.]
no subject
'A try'... At what, the positive thinking or the confidence?
no subject
[He knows, it sounds way out there for a guy like him, right?]
Might do you some good. Help you shake the long face.
no subject
[ And there stirs up the temper a bit. Luckily it's just in his tone, and he's not acting on it or threatening the guy. ]
no subject
Ah, I've said too much.
no subject
[ Ah. There's the threat. ]
