(A) Training – abandoned temples/around

[Be it alone or with Shizuo, Izumo or Hitsu; Goten really does enjoy training. It’s an outlet for all his energy and for a small kid he has a lot of it to spare. He had spent a couple days trying to sneak up on Izumo and it took a lot more effort than he thought. Even with the use of the shinki spell, Umbra, that wasn’t enough to sneak up on the older shinki. So that just meant he needed to train more, right?

This time around he’s trying to work on a little bit of everything. Borderlines for a while, ki Chi blasts, punching through large rocks or broken structures of the abandoned temples. When he isn’t darting around, he’s catching his breath on the ground or chugging down one of the water bottles he brought along.]


(B) New addition - Icarus - Various places

[There has been a new addition to the Forseti household. A purple dragon had shown up in Goten’s room a few days prior and though it was a surprise the two were quick to become friends. If anything, the dragon almost seemed overly friendly like he already knew the younger shinki before but Goten didn’t pay too much mind to it. This wasn’t something appeared in his room randomly anyway. First it was Nimbus, then those weird green beans and now a dragon! Finding a name for the dragon is a bit of an issue since everything Goten comes up with is grunted or snorted at. Who knew dragons could be so moody about names?

Regardless, the pair can keep themselves entertained fairly well. Various games of fetch, to racing around temples or just wrestling around with Goten laughing. The dragon may be nameless but it is ridiculously friendly and quick to perk up to new faces.]


(C) Chickens - Near Aditi's temple

[The chickens, for whatever reason, are one of the charms for Goten of Sharak’s place. He is free to visit almost any time he wants as the barrier surrounding Aditi’s temple does let him come and go. He forgets the barrier is even there half the time. Especially when it comes to running around and chasing a few of the hens or running away from the mean rooster that looks over them.

So, when one hen gets loose and ventures out from the temple, Goten is after it almost instantly. But chasing the poor bird is just getting it further and further from the coop. Already dirty with white feathers sticking out of his hair, Goten dives for the hen just as it hops out of his reach. No matter how fast or strong the young shinki gets, the chickens are just amazing at dodging him. Rubbing his face clean of dirt on the back of his sleeve, Goten continues running after the flightless bird.]

Come back! I don’t think you’re supposed to go this far from Sharak’s temple! You’re gonna get lost!


(D) - Blond is the new black - Forests/Training Grounds/Near Hitsugaya's temple

[Getting use to turning blond has been something that has been at the top of Goten’s priority list. Since the accident with Izumo, he’s been really worried about this form but he does have better control of it now thanks to a certain child-sized white-haired Shinigami.

With the advice, he’s trying to keep up this blonde form for at least the entire day as instructed. It started in the morning and now in the later afternoon he is looking a little tired. Blond spiky hair and bright green eyes replace his usual dark features. Anyone that can sense or feel energy will fill it practically radiating from Goten. He is staying clear of the temples though, staying more towards the forests, abounded temples or a little closer to Hitsugaya’s place just to be safe and not to break anything. But he’s trying to just have fun by looking for frogs or things to do. He had planned to try and study but after accidentally tearing one of the math books in half which is on the ground a few feet away....yeah he doesn’t want to make Yukine or Hakkai mad.]


(E) Water-guns - Various Temples/Places

[The gift from Yona has been one of the best ones he’s ever gotten! Like any kid with a new toy, he must use them! Sneaking around various temples that belong to other gods, Goten keeps an eye out for an unsuspecting target. The only people that are safe from the demi saiyan’s water guns are Sharak and Aymeric, everyone else is free game. Typically taking aim from the sky thanks to his ability to fly or ducking around something quick, he squirts the water gun before running off and trying to stay out of sight.]

Hey!

[For a second, Zeno looks thoughtful. But it passes quickly; he gets right to his point.]

You know so much! What helps you learn best? What makes a teacher good?

[Goten blinks up at him, perking up because he regonizes the blond dragon almost instantly.]

Zeno! Hey!

[He smiles at him. It's been a little while since he's seen the god around though his question does make him thoughtful.]

Hm? Borderlines were hard for me at first but they're sorta easy now. I've had lots of good teachers like Yukine, Hakkai and Izumo helped me. I guess...what makes a good teacher is someone that is willing to keep trying with you no matter how long it takes and give good advice. I betcha you could be a good teacher if you wanted, Zeno.

[who said we were talking about Zeno?! Not that he's offended; he grins and bows at the compliment.]

No, Zeno gives terrible advice~ Tried to teach someone how to ignore hunger pains once...!

[He takes a seat on a particularly soft bit of earth and crosses his legs in front of him attentively.]

Borderlines are what shinki should learn soonest, right? What made them hard at first and what makes them easy now?

[Goten stares at him, eyes widening in horror. Wait, what?]

.....Zeno, I don't think thats a possible thing to do. You should just eat...

[Ignoring hunger pains? That sounds horrible. That is terrible advice. Just eat! Goten could never do that. He'd die.

Shaking his head and moving on...]

Borderlines are imporant cause they can hold off ayakashi. Uh, I donno about other shinki but borderlines sorta feel similar to chi blasts for me. Instead of drawing a line, I was shooting blasts of energy at ayakashi. I had to focus really hard on what I wanted to do or I'd just blast everything. I had practice a lot...

[He closes his hand into a small fist before extending his middle and index finger. With a swift motion, Goten draws a line between Zeno and himself. The transparent blue wall shines brightly. He's not good at this teacher stuff, as much as he wants to be. But he's trying!]

-And I just gotta think that I wanna protect whats on this side of the line and keep the bad stuff on the other side away from me and my friends.

[Goten said that he was allowed to visit whenever, and Emizel said that he would. So he finally did.]

[Albeit he probably should have mentioned sooner about looking for Aymeric's temple from the sky again. Hopefully this was the right place... It looks relatively smaller than Emizel's own domain, which also makes it a bit more difficult to land. But he is careful not to smash anything.]

[Luckily, Emizel doesn't have to wonder if he has the right place for too long. Goten is outside crawling through the bushes looking for a certain white fluff ball of a cat. He isn't sure if the dragon had started the feline too much but Goten just wanted to patch things up. Maddragonra wouldn't be replaced no matter how cool the dragon was.

He blinks at the shadow looming over the temple just before Emizel lands and pokes his head out of the bushes. Goten's face lights up and he quickly comes tumbling out and waving to the god]

Emi! Hey! Emiiii!

[It wasn't just Goten who was surprised; the resident hawks began squawking and crying out and flying across the grounds. But unlike the shinki boy, they were more panicked at the strange person. It's enough to get the attention of Aymeric, who was in his gardening gear and curious about--WHAT IN HALONE'S NAME IS THAT???]

[Today just might be a training day between Hitsu and Goten.

The Captain isn't letting up today either, making sure not to go easy on the shinki. It might have been going on for a while with the god gently coaxing Goten to turn into a Saiyan again as there was no point to hold back in this training session.]

[He's getting better each time they train. The blond transformation is practically natural for Goten and he's getting the hang of it at lightening speed. It's like his body knows it but his mind still is adjusting. But each training session he is learning and improving. It's unknown to the young shinki but his saiyan blood is naturally helping with that. Each time they fight and Goten is injured or worn out his body is getting stronger faster thanks to those genetics.

Goten is doing his best to keep up with Hitsugaya. To any outsiders with untrained eyes the two are practically blurs that reappear here and there at certain impacts. Goten moves swiftly and appears behind the god, already charging a blast as he quickly releases it at nearly point blank range.]

[While Goten doesn't seem to notice, Toushirou does. It's always been good to be able to study his opponent and Goten is no different, especially since Toushirou does have more of a sense for this to be able to help Goten get better. So every time that Goten gets stronger, the god can't help but let more of his own power out, nothing too noticeable aside from how he's not holding back bit by bit.

When Goten fires the Ki blast from behind him, Toushirou quickly spins around, his sword unleashing a wave of ice to counter it. It causes a bit of a cloud to appear, but he doesn't let up as he swings his sword again, a dragon of ice flowering from its tip and racing towards the shinki.]

[Suddenly, the responsible adult is in the way. Sharak, where did you come from? Don't worry about it, she's there now, with her usual frown.]

I could only be so lucky.

[Well, actually, the hens are fairly pleasant when they're not being menaced by monkeys. Sharak kneels down and picks the chicken up as it attempts to run past her, since she's apparently harder to dodge than a Super Saiyan.]

I hope you're all getting along, Goten... Chicken.

[Be friends, both of you.]

[How is she suddenly there!?

Goten blinks, digging his heels into the ground as he has to skid to an abrupt stop in an attempt to not slam into the god. Luckily he manages to lose the speed but stopping does take a slight bump and practically hugging Sharak's waist to steady himself. He probably could have moved to the side or kicked off into the air but who thinks about those things?

Instantly he lets go and raises his head to look up at her.]

Sharak! Whoa, where'd you come from?

[His gaze goes to the chicken as he stares in awe]

You got her!

[bussounoshima]

[Magic grown up powers, Goten.

Sharak tucks the squawking chicken under her arm, upside-down, so she can put one hand on Goten's head when he's suddenly attached to her.]

Wasn't I here the whole time?

[Was she?? Who knows. She looks down at the chicken, still squirming to get free, though there's not much it can do about that in it's current position. It's possible the chickens are used to this kind of treatment from Sharak by now.]

Is that what you were trying to do?

[ It's still fairly early when Nanako swings by the temple today - both to see Goten and maybe check in on Aymeric's garden. But she stops short upon spotting her friend out front playing with... ]

Is that a dragon?

[Goten blinks, both the dragon and him freeze and turn their heads to look over at Nanako. It's nearly instantaneous that Goten perks and tries to wave over to her]

Hey Nanako!

[He smiles, gently shoving the dragon off so he can move.]

Yeah, come meet my new friend! He showed up in my room a couple days ago!

Oh, he's cute! [ Nanako lights up in excitement as she comes over to where they were playing.

Crouching down, she offers her hand to be investigated by the dragon, much like one would greet a cat for the first time. ] Hello!

[ He doesn't know if he's drawn by the energy or just by chance, but either way, Yata stumbles across Goten one afternoon when he's looking.... very different. Hopping off his skateboard, he pauses to stare in confusion a moment because. What.

He waves in a gesture to the kid as he approaches him, wondering what's going on. ]

What did you do? You're lit up like a lightning bug.

[sonofson]

Huh? Lightning bug? I've never seen one of those...

[Goten just blinks up at him, not really getting why Yata would compaire him to a bug. Still, he's clearly excited to see the older shinki. Yata is one of the coolest shinki he knows after all]

I'm practicing and trying to stay like this all day. But it's sorta hard to do and I don't wanna break anything. What about you, Yata? I haven't seen you for awhile. I bet you learned some more moves on your skateboard, right?

[Show me, show me!]

What, never? Oh, wait, it's another word for firefly. You've seen those, right?

[ He reaches out, poking at the spiky tip of Goten's hair. ]

You're lit up, just like one. How are you doing that? And why?

[ one weird thing at a time here, kid. ]

D for the first one

[ Eric's been spending a lot more time out near the forests than in his temple recently so he's a bit surprised when he spots someone that looks like Goten looking around near some water.

He stares for a moment before deciding to just walk up to the kid, tilting his head. ]

Lost something?

[Goten blinks and lifts his head, looking up to Eric. Almost instantly, a big smile pulls at the corners of his mouth. He's always pleased to see the older shinki so long as he's not in a bad mood. But even then, Goten could just take him for ice cream to fix it, right?]

Oh hey Eric! I'm not lost, just sorta exploring. I didn't think you'd be out here.

[redstray]

[ Ice cream can not fix everything Goten, but Eric is glad to see him again. Also that it was Goten and not some stranger with Goten's clothes. He gives him a shrug. ]

Just doing the same as you. What's with the hair and eye change?

Let's do E now

[redstray]

[ Eric nearly jumps out of his skin as he feels his back become wet from water. He turns quickly, only seeing there was no one. He shivers, because damn it it was cold now and he never wore anything under his hoodie. He growls a bit annoyed. ]

Who the hell did that?

[Goten moves so he can float above Eric as he squirts him again, this time aiming for the top of his head]

Urk!

[ He leans down as he feels the water splash his hoodie and hair. He whips around, his bangs beginning to go even more in front of his eyes. Even still, he recognizes the little brat. ]

Goten?!
