Who: All OPEN with Shizuo!
When: September 20th-24th (just pick a day, for timing/personal record reasons)
Where: Around! (Each one is being noted)
What: Sometimes Shizuo is an idiot. Occasionally he just has bad luck. These are just a few of those days.
A @ Yona's Temple (Cnoc Áine)
[ Originally, having been impaled by a chainsaw served as a great reason to have skipped out on training. He had been kind of avoiding meeting up with Sharak ever since his impromptu confession had gone up in flames. At this point, it's been... almost a month since the last proper training, hadn't it? After the whole 'incident' during that moon viewing, or incidents as the case really was, the idea of seeing the monk just turned into a ball of awkwardness that he wasn't ready to address, and wasn't able to pretend that it never happened. The injuries were also the reason why he hadn't met up with Izumo or Goten for training either.
After talking to Hakkai, it seemed like there was going to be a countdown until it all blew up. Him telling Hakkai that he used to train under Sharak, being a little more covert in walking around and taking less conventional means up the 'hill' to the temple, and conveniently forgetting his phone at the bar, or in his room.
This time he was awol with no ways of being in contact for most of the day by having obscured himself on the temple grounds where the horses were grazing and relaxing today. One of them seemed to be particularly large at this point, so it was honestly worth checking on them once in a while. Thing was, Hak knew horses way better than he did, so Shizuo knew that he could laze around them or take a brief look to make sure they were in good health, but that was about it.
Eventually, he'd have to go back inside and continue with his business for the day.
When was the last time he even trained on his own? Thinking about it now, he's starting to realize that maybe, just maybe, he got into a bit of a lazy streak. ]
B @ Around the Far Shore by rivers and creeks
[ Poetry was definitely an improvement to all of the splashing that these fish have been doing. Save for the fact that the few times the blond stopped to listen to them, they were mostly subtle critiques, or references to giving them a taste of blood from the sky. A reference to what happened a little over a couple of weeks ago. Which leaves the man less than impressed. He almost always has a different comment to them. One of which being; ]
You'd have better luck singing for food.
[ Which earns him a rather large splash in the face. Pushing his hair to slick it back and keep the hair down, instead of a wild mess, he moves further back and out of range. ]
Damn koi are gonna end up a fish fry if they keep this up.
C @ Double Cross Bar
[ Izumo may be gone, but there was still a business to be run, and someone had to get there to open the doors. So while later than Izumo would ever get there, he finally reaches the doors. With several chestnuts stuck in his hair and on his clothes thanks to the spines of the shell. Which he hasn't noticed, having only caught and held onto the ones that landed on his arms or smacked him in the face.
Well, they could be used for something. Which is why they weren't just tossed off to the side, though this may start attracting some crows at various nearby rooftops. ]
Sorry for being late. Lemme just get the doors.
[ After all, with the picture wall and how people just stay in the apartment upstairs at times, Shizuo knew there were more than just customers that came to the bar. ]

[ He doesn't really understand the whole talk about energy- it comes up a lot around Goten. The fact that Shizuo didn't really have a lot to be 'sensed' or tracked in the way he could with Izumo or anyone else was a common complaint. ]
Aymeric's in a long sleep and Izumo's gone. The only thing I could really do is have him worry less about the first part, as people sometimes end up sleeping for a while longer than they normally would.

[Although he's not sure who Izumo is, but Goten's mentioned him plenty of times.]
In any case, if you run into him again, try to get him to take a break. His power's been fluctuating too much, meaning he hasn't gotten any rest as of late and he'll be run down in no time.
no subject
[ That's just what happened when Goten saw him more as a big kid than an adult like the others. Which couldn't be helped, he supposed. ]
You might just have to wear him out to get him to rest with everything that's going on. He's, uh, still in denial about Izumo just being gone, so...
[ You can imagine what he's spending his excess energy on, and why it's been fluctuating. ]
no subject
[Yes, he sounds appropriately scandalized.
Ah, but understanding does flicker in his eyes.]
Hopefully Aymeric will wake up soon then. He might help in calming Goten down.

[ The way the living world looks over those from the far shore was far too convenient. It also let Goten watch exactly what would've happened. ]
It's the only chance you've got, aside from Izumo somehow showing back up. Even then... People who disappear and return don't seem to remain the same.

[A pause.]
No, they don't. Let's give it a couple of more days before we have to force him to rest.

[ As well as him and Izumo, but Izumo was gone and he only counted for so much. At least it means that he fixed more than potential babynapping incidents. As long as he remembers that. ]
I mean, I can try to force him to, but it'd probably have to be someone with powers. I'm kind of, uh... powerless, really.
[ At least in the way of actual powers. If this guy/kid could sense that kind of thing and when it's fluctuating, he could see that much about SHizuo. ]
no subject
[Goten can be easily convinced when he's in the wrong.
A look because yes, he can sense that.]
Is your strength on par with his?
no subject
[ He can't feel how equal they are- there were a lot of circumstances that decided who was stronger. The kid seems like a beast. ]
no subject
[He isn't fond of using kidou spells for such tings, but he will if he has to.]
no subject
[ Legit concern- it's not like he can fly. ]
no subject
[Tag team, Shizuo.]
no subject
[ Hopefully he'll have the energy and strength to pull it off. If Goten keeps fighting to try and find Izumo, it could actually become a real hassle. ]
no subject
[They may actually have to knock Goten out.]
no subject
[ Which is, hopefully, very soon. ]

[ Then again, Hitsugaya's very familiar with how that can happen to people. It just had a more direct reason for it. ]
