[Semi-Closed] Wedding Bliss
Who: Aymeric, Leo, their CR and their +1s
When: April 21st, all day
Where: Odin’s Temple, Glitnir
What: It’s a wedding! Please respond to the top levels provided!
The invitations had been sent, the work has been done (and into overtime after certain events), the orders have been made and the scenes have been set. Trying to plan a wedding without a planner can be pretty tough but the support system both men have did help in the long run. A lot of it even with a computer dying in the process. The point was to have a simple affair, no large fanfare considering this was not one of Heaven’s festivals and just a celebration of love between two people. This what both Leo and Aymeric wished for and they did their dammest to make it come to life, to hopefully a successful and eventful day but for all the right reasons.
They earned this happiness. Today is for them and they can share it with comrades and friends and family alike.

OTA
Ginia, wearing a red lace dress and nude flats, enjoys the reception with a relaxed calm not often found with her. If she's seated, there's always a small plate of sweets nearby, sometimes a glass of champagne or juice-based cocktail too. On her feet, she's having fun as an amateur photographer as she wanders around the reception taking pictures on her camera. If you've had a bit too much to drink or you're an exceptionally bad dancer (or exceptionally good)? She'll see and it'll be recorded for all of history. With her phone dangling from a strap around her wrist, she's in a rare sociable mood.
Her calm lasts up until she joins in a mini-game based party game on the Switch. Did you take her stars? Did you take all of her stars? YOU MONSTER. That's it, no mercy, only winning in this game of M. Party.

"Do you mind if I join you? It looks like fun."
Famous Last Words? Quite possible.
no subject
Ginia nods and hands over the red Joy-Con, quickly typing and playing a message on her phone.
"I thought I'd let the AI fill the other roles and other people can jump in as they want."
A fun, friendly game! A way to bond! This is how all disasters begin.
no subject
"I will admit to not having a single clue about how to play this game but it seems simple enough...?" the expression on his face is showing that he is unsure, however, Aymeric is fine venturing out of his comfort zone. And more than likely gonna get his ass kicked.
no subject
They can suffer together.
Because lo, there is only suffering. The first few rounds are easy sailing. Character selection (the princess in the blue dress looks cute so Ginia chooses her), stage selection (why not the first set if they're both new?). Even the actual moments of gameplay are simple and friendly as they take turns moving around the board and collecting coins. Collect the most stars by the end of the game, that's simple enough.
Even the first few mini-games are easy to follow. Mash the button as fast as possible! Stretch the face and try to get it to as close to the one in the center! Roll around on shells and try to knock the other people off the platform! Friendly, fun! Chuckles and gentle teasing when one person loses because of a mistake early on, or cries of dismay when the computer AI sneaks ahead to win in the last second.
Slowly, the fun and games are no longer gentle fun and games.
"I think the computer cheats."
no subject
"It seems that I must agree with you. I wonder why the creators would make it as such."
no subject
To make it entertaining for those who enjoy sowing the seeds of chaos? Maybe this game is better served with four players. More skill and less random chance that way.
"By the way, forgive me for being entirely remiss in congratulating you. Your speech was beautiful, I'm happy for you and Leo."
no subject
Is that a good thing or a bad thing?
"Don't apologize, I am glad you came to see us." And it being something more calming than their last visits. No talk of cult business or Heaven's motives but just a happy time.
no subject
...It's pretty funny though, she'll give him that.
"A friend is getting married and my god is officiating. Of course I'd be here." Let Heaven's business remain far away and and the cult even further. Happy, calm days are rare enough, let today remain good and beautiful.
"Though can I ask a slightly personal question? You don't have to answer if you don't want to."

He's sitting on a stool, grinning with some drinks next to him. There's Unmi, too, although he has a drink in one hand and his face in the other, shoulders shaking with some quiet laughter. Kimi also has something in his hand... a thin box of sorts that will become apparent when she gets closer or even just at his next words. "Have you ever heard of the pocky game?"
From where he's balanced carefully on a stool of his own, Ebisu smiles. "It's apparently very simple and fun!" he says cheerfully.
no subject
Yes, yes of course Ginia knows what the pocky game is. She plays visual novels and hangs out with her coworkers in the bath on the regular. Her expression doesn't change as she sets down her drink and camera, taking in the drinks and Unmi's posture.
"No, Kimi, I haven't. What is it?" she signs, smiling innocently as she stands next to him, still taller.
no subject
Ebisu laughs. "I could win that sort of thing!" Unmi's shoulders start shaking harder.
"Of course you could, Ebisu-sama," Kimi says, struggling not to laugh himself. It's true, and not because he's their god, but because most people wouldn't be able to win in a game against a god recently reincarnated as a kid.
no subject
Ginia grabs her phone and types up a quick message. "You should never play drinking games with someone who can't get drunk."
With that challenge made, Ginia leans in toward Kimi, one hand resting on his knee. She pulls a stick of pocky out of the box and keeps eye contact with him as she puts one end in her mouth. Her teeth and lips gingerly hold it in place.
Honestly, Kimi, if you want a kiss, take it, Ginia thinks as she straightens up and turns toward Unmi, lightly waggling the stick of pocky. Game?
no subject
In the meanwhile, Unmi finally straightens up and adjusts his clothing. A bright red glow has settled over his cheeks, although that's probably more from embarrassment and laughter than intoxication. Probably. Another laugh pops out of him. "Maybe you'll play a more honest game than Kimi does."
"Hey, I don't cheat!"
Ebisu pipes up. "Kimi, don't cheat."
"I don't!"
no subject
There's a paradox in her confidence and shamelessness in that it exists in high amounts around people she doesn't care about and tends to lower in varying degrees depending on her company. On the other hand, teasing her shameless boyfriend in friendly company? Ginia doesn't hesitate in advancing fast as she bites off a good inch of pocky on her first approach.
no subject
To the side, Ebisu seems to realize something. "Oh, I wonder if it's bad to cheer for one over the other..." Unmi has to pause to fight off laughter again.
no subject
Bit by bit the stick of pocky shortens, only a few inches of chocolate are left. Ginia raises her brow and smirks, taking a small step in as she bites off another bit.

Re: OTA
"Sorry, didn't mean to knock you out," he says just barely over the game's noise, not actually sorry because he's genuinely not sure if he did what the woman is upset about. He's just trying to help entertain the guests, including the ones he doesn't know. "I could get some more snacks if you want."
no subject
She exhales slowly, looking at the young man addressing her. There's something familiar about him... he'd been helping out at Yona's party... What was his name... It was similar to Yona's... Ah, Yoon?
"It's okay," she types on her phone, glancing at the screen as the game rolls through everyone's turn. Ginia smiles reassuringly, noting how tired he looks. "Do you need anything?"
no subject
Then he learns forward, trying to read the text with a bit of a squint. "Uhm... no? I was trying to ask you that?"
no subject
"You look really tired. Let's pause and get some food and drinks."
The voice from the phone is a digitized alto, a little stilted in its inflection, but not unnatural either. And she's not asking because she's currently losing. It's a wedding, best to keep spirits up even if the choice of games are loosely hell games.
no subject
So he stands when she does and goes to follow her. "That's a really cool thing you have. Someone else I knew... could've used it," he lowers his head briefly as the train of thought catches up to him. "Sorry. I don't think I've ever been to a wedding before."
no subject
"It's okay." She types fast, watching her step as she walks. "I'm going to assume this is the first one I've been to too. It's nice."
no subject
no subject
"I'm Ginia, shinki to Ebisu and Chris." It's nice being open about who she serves these days. Even if it means more people judging her for being nora, being proud of who she serves outweighs that. "Are you Aymeric's or Leo's shinki?"
