The invitations had been sent, the work has been done (and into overtime after certain events), the orders have been made and the scenes have been set. Trying to plan a wedding without a planner can be pretty tough but the support system both men have did help in the long run. A lot of it even with a computer dying in the process. The point was to have a simple affair, no large fanfare considering this was not one of Heaven’s festivals and just a celebration of love between two people. This what both Leo and Aymeric wished for and they did their dammest to make it come to life, to hopefully a successful and eventful day but for all the right reasons.

They earned this happiness. Today is for them and they can share it with comrades and friends and family alike.

OH BOY GUESS WHO'S ALSO TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A BREAK IN THE PROGRAM. Looking super dapper in a light tux. Even the spygoat at her side, carrying with it the obligatory tea table, is wearing a corsage. This is a Fancy occasion, and all comport themselves maa-ccordingly.

Hibiki tilts her head to indicate the stage. "No union forged to the strains of your song could ever falter."

You know, Tsubasa can work a suit pretty well herself. It just seemed more appropriate for her role today to be wearing the dress she's found herself in. She gives Hibiki a grateful little bow.

"I would like to hope so, anyhow. Bringing happiness to people is why I sing, after all. Thank you though, Shikyoin."

Hibiki nods, pleased - with herself. She offers Tsubasa a cup of hot tea, the better for the songstress to warm her throat before returning to performing. "I see yielding the stage to you was the correct decision."

Aymeric, Leo. You had a narrow escape. Shikyoin Hibiki only performs where and when she chooses, and she chooses based on whether a venue is Worthy and she is the Most Suitable. How fortunate Kazanari Tsubasa exists.

Well, she can't turn that down. She gratefully takes the tea, nods, and sips on it for a moment. "Mm, but of course. Would you expect less? Still... It is perhaps more subdued than what I have seen from you thus far."

Another sip.

"Which would be interesting in and of itself."

"What I seek is the ultimate performance most supremely suited to each situation." This is an important enough fact that Hibiki feels compelled to clarify, despite having prematurely narrative-texted about it. Don't be repetitive, Hibiki. Gosh.

"Besides - even a diet of foie gras alone grows dull without gateau to complement it."

There is a compliment in here somewhere, but digging for it might not be worth the effort. The flip side is that Hibiki, quite frequently, just Can't Be Bothered.

At this point, Tsubasa has learned not to dig for compliments. She'll get them if she does, otherwise she's just going to roll with whatever Hibiki says, so long as it makes some sense. To her.

To other people that might be in question, but one could say the same for her own actions at times.

So, she smirks.

"As I expect. I'm sure it would have been excellent, but - I'm glad for the opportunity."

"Does your set list continue?"

How refreshing, to talk shop with someone worth the trouble. Hibiki looks keen to learn more about what Tsubasa has planned for this wedding.

Or does the performer have a no-spoilers policy?

She gives a short laugh. "Of course it does. You cannot think I would come here ill prepared, I hope."

Mic still in hand, she gives it a little twirl. "As to what, you'll have to see."

Ah, touche. Hibiki can respect that. "I wait enraptured."

Tsubasa livens up when she discusses performing. It's charming. Hibiki really could watch this forever, for anyone possessed of such ability cannot help but attract her gaze.

It's true, Tsubasa does liven up under such circumstances. It's what she lives for, after all - to say it lights a fire under her would be putting things mildly.

"Well, I do not intend to make you wait long - it would be bad form to hold the audience captive for too long."

"Dwelling within your enchantment is an honor." Hibiki looks like she means that. But, by all means - if you must return to performing, do so.

None understands better than she the meaning of that hallowed phrase:
