[April 15th, Daytime, Open]

[Roxas needed to get out of his temple and fast. Being cooped up in there trying to figure out a way for Raichi to get in and Sora visiting has left him with the feeling of cabin fever. His first target of course will be a book store. There's plenty to read up on, plus he wanted to expand his ever growing manga collection. This one is already putting the one back in Koriko to shame.

His next stop would be any place where there's animals, such as a pet store or possibly a dog park. Roxas wants a pet that isn't a deer, what he thinks might be a bear somewhere in the woods, or an assortment of game birds. Having those as sacred animals was rough on the nerves. A dog might be nicer as a companion.

Roxas, before heading to a spot he really wants to check out, will wind up in a park. It's nice and comfortable there, and being pretty unnoticed by people makes it much easier to doze off in the grass. He's still awake enough to notice people nearby... but maybe not someone who walks quietly.]

[April 15th, Sunset, Prompt for Dataroxas]

[There was a lot of things to mull over. So Roxas found the highest place in town and just sits on the roof to enjoy the setting sun. He was always drawn to high places. Part of him wonders if Axel and Sora were, too, or that guy. That guy who he disliked immensely from the moment they met. Thinking about that guy was ruining the moment, so Roxas shoves him as far out of his mind as possible so he can enjoy ice cream in peace. He's rather lost in his happier memories from back in Twilight Town.]

Maybe I should bring Axel up here sometime...

[April 15th into April 16th, Evening to Morning, Artemis' Temple, Open]

[Since his discussion about gods and their family times, Roxas has wondered how he could reach out to the other Greek pantheon gods. He isn't actually all that sure about who was who past Aphrodite and Hermes. At the moment it just didn't jive with him to ask about it on the BBS again. Hermes would let him know if more were found. Right?

He's mostly wandering on the edge of his temple grounds to check on the statues during the night. When that's done, Roxas sits by the walkway to his temple watching everything else go by. Seems this little god can't sleep tonight.]

[April 16th, Daytime, Prompt for Axel]

[It was time to see where his best-friend-yet-not works! Roxas had suggested an ice cream stand to the red head. Was it take seriously? He's determined to find out. It's not hard to find Axel with that red hair and those green eyes. Walking right up to him, Roxas puts his hands on his hips, looking up at his friend.]

[April 16th, Evening, Open]

[The Near Shore was really fascinating at night! It was like a different population of people were out and about. Roxas was so used to seeing spirits, ghosts, and monsters instead of humans, so he's utterly fascinated by all of the humans. This kid can be easily spotted just watching people walk around, listening to their conversations, and just... rather enjoying this activity. He might need a less weird suggestion for entertainment.]

[Shaking his head, Roxas looks away before turning his attention back to Axel.]

So how do I change you back? Raichi changed back when I dropped him.

[Wait, should he have put you down first?]

[No need for that; as Roxas calls his name, there's another flash of light, and the Keyblade in Roxas's hand goes misty and insubstantial. Axel re-forms from the light a few steps away, grinning, and props a hand on one hip.]

There you go! I guess you haven't worked with your other shinki a lot.

[Which makes way too much sense, if he actually makes Roxas go berserk whenever he touches the guy's vessel form. Axel wouldn't spend a lot of time practicing with an effect like that either.]

Hey, let me know if you need tips. And? Call if you need some help beating an ayakashi up.

I don't do that pop-in-and-out thing, though, so you might need to give me a little advance warning.

[That is both really cool and really worrying. Roxas is wondering what would happen if a really big wind showed up at just that moment. Wait. What. Great, he's spent too much time around Koharu and some of the other idiots from Koriko...]

[He nods before clearing his throat.]

So. I'm a "nice kid"? I didn't know you were talking about me to Pippa.

...Oh, you talked to Pippa, huh?

[Clearing his throat.]

Yeah, I mentioned you to her! We're friends, right?

[And besides, Roxas is a nice kid! It's not like that's a lie.]

Yesterday. She just showed up at my temple randomly.

[Roxas perks up and nods.]

[Axel brightens in response at the way Roxas beams at him. Yeah, they are friends. Whatever weird past-life thing Axel might've forgotten, they're friends now.]

You bet we are. So, what'd she want? Or was she just saying hi?

[You have no idea how worried Roxas has been that you might not want to be friends. Hanging out and actually being friends and hanging out is a huuuuugely different to Roxas.]

She wanted to meet me because we're in the same pantheon. She's my sister!

Whoa, wait. Seriously? Artemis and Aphrodite are sisters? How about that!

[He laughs easily. That's pretty cool, actually. They've got a family going.]

I should've paid more attention to that weird diagram Sonic put together, huh?

Yeah. Hermes is Artemis' brother, and he's that god. I've got Sheryl as a sister, too, even if she's a muse. Euterpe, I think. Oh, and Midoriya is Aidos, who... is somehow related to Artemis. Like an aunt or something.

[There's probably more. He doesn't know at this point.]

If we get an Apollo I'll have a twin!

[He shoots Roxas a grin. That's kind of a nice thought, actually. As long as they're all nice brothers and sisters and ... aunts? Whatever, aunts.]

We'll have to keep an eye out for that one. What's Apollo the god of?

I bet a lot more are gonna show up!

[Family in this place is already more than Roxas could have asked for. Even a family like this.

He has to think for a moment on that.]

Art, like music and poetry and painting.... oracles, archery, even though he's not as good as Artemis... medicine, and the sun! I think there's others, but I don't remember them right now. He's the opposite of Artemis.

So, like, moon and sun. I guess it makes sense for those gods to be twins.

[...Still, there's something about the moon that appeals more to Axel than the sun. He doesn't know why, but something about it's important.

Maybe it's just because he's friends with Roxas: who knows? And both Roxases are moon gods. That's got to mean something about who he is.]

Anyway, that'll be interesting! We'll have to keep an eye out, huh? Hope he's a nice guy if one does wind up showing up.

As long as it's not Sora, I don't care who it is.

[Which is impossible unless a god can switch to being a different god. Wait. Please don't tell him that it's possible.

As for the moon thing? Roxas himself thinks it's a cruel joke since Sora was as bright as the sun. The moon needs the sun to give it light... Great, he's making himself sad about this again.]

It could be a girl. There's women here who are male gods. I just haven't met them yet.

Nice guy or nice girl, whichever.

[Axel waves a casual hand, eyeing Roxas thoughtfully.] Why not Sora? I thought you guys got along pretty well.

[Sighing loudly, Roxas is not doing a good job at not being annoyed by this inquiry.]

We're fine. We just don't like people thinking we're like siblings. I'm not his brother. It's way more complicated than that! Just... we're not brothers, and I don't want him to be my brother. Ever. I made that mistake once with a different Sora.

A different Sora? Now this is just sounding weird. How many of him are there, anyway?

[Axel shrugs, not particularly bothered. Roxas's doing kind of a loud sigh there (he's probably annoyed) but it's not like being gods who are brother and sister mean you actually have to be like siblings.]

And you don't have to be like brother and sister no matter what god name you've got. I mean, Pippa's not your actual sister or anything.

The place I was in before, Koriko, had a different Sora. It happens.

[That's all she wrote on that subject.

Roxas shakes his head.]

That's different. I don't mind calling her my sister. You can make your own family, and I want the others from the Greek pantheon to be mine. [Family is immensely important to him since he's had one now.]

Sora... I can't be siblings with Sora. It's really, really complicated. I mean, were technically the same person! But not? Just. [He usually has such an easy time explaining this why is it so hard with Axel?] I like him just the way he is, and calling him my brother would be really weird!

Soooo... Sora can't be like your brother, even if you like him, and you're technically sort of the same person but not.

[This isn't making any sense, Roxas. Unless. Waaaait a minute. Axel shoots Roxas a sidelong look, teasing.]

Hey, have you got a crush?

[If you had your memories this would make a ton of sense.

Roxas stares at Axel for a moment.]

A crush?

[Uhm. Wait. He knows what it felt like to crush on Shiro. Was this the same? Maybe? Or is he over thinking things? Spending too much time with Sora? That could be it. Or not.

Roxas looks down at his feet.]

I dunno. I have a girlfriend back in Koriko, so having a crush on Sora is bad? Or is it okay? [This is difficult.] Feelings are weird...

Seriously? You've got a girlfriend?

[Axel blinks, crossing his arms as he thinks that one over. A, well, okay, Roxas is what, sixteen? Totally normal to have a girlfriend at his age, or whatever. Or a boyfriend maybe. B, is that actually a problem?]

... I don't know. I mean, it'd get weird if she showed up here, right? But if she never does, are you gonna wait on her forever?

Yeah. Why is everyone surprised?

[Is there something wrong with having someone to date?

Roxas shakes his head.]

No. She won't come here. I know it. [As for waiting on her?] ... I don't think she'd want me to wait, but is it bad that I want to? Just a little while longer? I don't think I'll ever see her again... But I was happy with her. I can't just give that up just because I might maybe like someone else!

I mean, I just didn't know. [He shrugs.]

... Look, you don't know she won't show up. If you want to wait, that's fine, though, you know? However long you feel like.

What was her name?

No, I know she won't. Her debt will take her straight back home. She's a normal human being, no powers or anything. [As for him...] I still have things to do before I go home. That's why I'm here, right?

The only name I knew her by was Shiro, and she knew me as Koji. The Witch took our real names. She didn't get hers back while I was there.
