M'fine. [Of course, he wasn't fine at all, but that was the answer he was going with. He started trying to steady himself as soon as he realized what Arikado was doing, too.

Arikado actually kneels down a bit to make sure the youth is able to support himself. Finally, he seems satisfied, straightening up. He can guess at what's going on, considering he felt some of the effects himself, but...]

Where is your God?

No idea. [He was not one of those shinki who always stuck close to their god. For all he knew, Gintoki was having just as much trouble with the cherry blossoms.]

He's around here somewhere. [He felt confident enough to make that guess even with his senses as clouded as they were right then. Speaking of being clouded, he was still at the point where he could only hold himself up for so long before he needed to lean on a nearby tree.]

[SIGH...is Arikado going to have to Shinki-sit. Is this is life now. Why.]

'Around here somewhere'. [Look at how unimpressed he is, Gintoko. Finally, he reaches out to put a hand on the shinki's shoulder and lead him]

If he's here, then he's likely in a similar state. [And need sobering up and/or someone to pull him out, and if nothing else Arikado figures he can get the shinki in a position where he can do his job.]

[Shinki-sitting? Even a drunk Ross would have to be dragged into that kicking and screaming. He wasn't good at accepting help from others even when he clearly needed it, which definitely had something to do with they way he was trying (and probably failing) to avoid that hand on his shoulder.]

Probably. [Seeing Gintoki get drunk again would be kind of funny, but...] You're going to look for him? Good luck, I'll stay here. [Being affected by the cherry blossoms in no way stopped him from acting as usual.]
