[This heavy feeling in his chest is too much all at once. It's like they've been reunited, Kija, himself and these two men he's never met before. He thinks that, but despite not knowing their faces at all, he knows their color, he knows their relation to himself— he knows they belong together.

Kija's grip gets his hand successfully, and Jae-Ha moves down and forward without any resistance. If he's being pulled in, then he'll react accordingly, because somehow this strange feeling in his chest is overall happy. There's something so sad about this, but he's still so happy.

His arms move around Kija and Shin-ah where he ends up settling, his eyes flicking between the two new faces as they embrace. Zeno's name for him even sounds so logical that Jae-Ha doesn't notice. He's still focused on this connection, though, and eventually he breaks his silence.]

What... is this?

[Great, Jae-Ha is here too. They're all here, and Kija can sniffle lamely but not sob so hard, finally, now that they're together. He tugs on Jae-Ha's hand even as he moves closer, gripping at his arm instead when he joins the hug.

He's still a mess, but he still has the sense to shake his head at Jae-Ha's question. Please!!] What else could it be? We are all here!

[That's... okay, that's as far as he's gotten, but whatever??? Hug them.]

[Oh. There's another arm around him to replace Zeno's retracted one. How strange it is, to so immediately have a group to belong to here that extends beyond his god and any other shinki he might have. He likes it, though. The innate sense of inclusion is meaningful, even if he lacks the understanding for it. Shin-ah wonders: is friends the right word here? It doesn't seem quite the best fit. What was it then... if they were all here together?

He's learning that the best place to look for answers is Zeno, and so he turns to him.]

We're... a set...?

Ah. So you're all dead, is that it?

That's okay. Happens to everyone!!

[Give him a second to think about how he wants to answer this. Would saying 'yes' be considered telling them something of their past lives? The very thought makes him feel ill.]

Something like that, maybe?

[He pats Shin-ah on the head, ruffles Kija's hair again, and he will hug the stuffing out of Jae-Ha first chance he gets-- the most he can manage now is a pat on the arm around Shin-ah. These three are the descendants of the long-dead Dragon Warriors, and they should have joined their ancestors in heaven, but instead... here they are. And here Zeno is, and he mentally thanks the heavens for giving him this one, final opportunity to know them.

These three are the legendary Dragon Warriors in their own right, and they're such good children. But they all knew their lives would be short and bright, and it's impossible to mourn them when they're right here with him.]

Zeno's just happy you're here. If you're happy, too, leave it at that.

[This is all really sweet, it really is. Jae-Ha feels these feelings just like the rest of them, and he's very touched— but he also automatically assumes a role that feels natural. He has to pay attention, he has to watch out for things, and what he notices is that Zeno is the one who stands out, with words like those.]

Then you're not?

[This one remembers. Zeno? He's referring to himself in the third person, it seems like. But what stands out is that he remembers. Immediately, he knows he can't ask for more information, but he can't help but stare over at him.]
