I'm not quite sure myself, honestly. It's just something that's been bugging me if we can regain memories. [Judging from Jae-ha's words and actions, that's a no.] I apologize if I sounded as if I knew something more about that.

...From what I understand, if a shinki regains their memories, they turn into the very monsters we're trying to protect people from. I've been warned many times that I should be careful about trying to remember anything.

That's quite a dire consequence, though, in return for a memory. [It also makes sense as to why shinkis can't regain any, or they'll just become monsters.]

I don't know much about it. Just that I've been warned to avoid it for that reason... I wonder if they could be saved, at that point? A shinki who remembers.
