Schuldig + Sora

[Schuldig figures he's explained himself plenty to a kid like this. He's just too pure to get it and he's never been one for philosophical debates. He talks and people listen. If they don't, that's their problem.]

'You told me enough. He's a friend of yours and that means he and I should have a chat.'

[However, he does get a little leery of the song choice Sora's considering.]

'Isn't that the one from the mermaid kid's movie? I thought you said you were better than that, Baldr.'

[Movie? What's he talking about a mermaid movie? He doesn't know.

All Sora knows is that he's pretty much done with this weirdo being inside his head so he promptly launches himself into song worthy of any Disney princess.]

The seaweed is always greener
In somebody else's lake!
You dream about going up there
But that is a big mistake!

[He even stands up and starts humming the tune as he think-sings.]

Just look at the world around you!
Right here on the ocean floor!

[Schuldig starts when he hears the song begin. It really is the same one he'd been thinking of and he mentally recoils just out of surprise. The kid is so single-minded when he sings that Schuldig can't get any other information out of him. He's not just thinking the words, he's performing it.

Frankly, it reminds Schuldig of when Crawford had to fight Berger, another Telepath. Baldr-as-Sora was either that clever or just that... quirky, as much as Farfarello was quirky, to be affected by the mind-reading. At least he was sure that the 'quirk' couldn't last forever, unlike in Farfarello's case.]

'Have fun with your karaoke. I'll be back.'

[Eventually, he'd run out of songs to sing.]

[Oh, what's that? Sweet sweet silence in his head?

Sora grins brightly and lets out a whoop of happiness. No more bully in his head, looks like Baldr won this round. Hopefully he could keep up his score.]
