[They seem to be going back and forth on how one of them leans forward first. Rin's teeth are odd to Sheryl, you see; she has never seen anything like them before.

A little freaked out, yes, as she's taking a step back with arched eyebrows.]

Not scary, just freaky! [This man is full of surprises.] Did you get them sharpened? I've never seen teeth like yours!

[And this coming from a woman who'd seen stranger things, honestly.]

[He brings his hand down after a couple beats, realizing he's probably freaking her out a little too much, and with a sigh he straightens back up to give them both some breathing room.]

No. They've always been this way.

[At least after all the baby teeth fell out. ... A real question of the universe, that.]

Come on, try imagining yourself with sharp teeth. Is it that freaky?

[You could be a shark, Sheryl. Think about how neat that is.]

[Born with shark teeth? Is he part-shark? An alien?! She's giving him a pout, hands on her hips.]

Yes!

[Sheryl can't see herself with shark teeth unless she's a literal shark, Rin...]

But I can imagine it'd be super useful if you get into a fight.

[He raises a brow and may or may not be pouting right back.]

You think I actually get into fights with these? It's not like I'm some sort of villain, you know.

[She points at his mouth with an eyebrow raise.]

But you could defend yourself with them!

[In case Rin gets into a gang fight, then he can just chomp on the gangsters and leave... Sheryl, why is your imagination so weird?]

It can happen, right?

[... his expression becomes very, very flat. Oh, come on. They're teeth! Sure, they might be pointier than normal teeth, but they're still teeth!]

I can fight against hunger and eat a steak with them, if that's what you mean. Otherwise, no. I don't plan on defending myself with them any time soon.

[... He does manage a little laugh though.]

You've got a pretty wild imagination, you know. But I guess I shouldn't be so surprised when you sing like that.

[Clearly that means she has a super creative mind or something, right? Or maybe his imagination is weird.]

[Sheryl means the steak part; she, too, likes to eat it every once in a while. Anyway, Rin gets a small nod of approval with a small laugh in return.]

Is a steak really that impeccable?

[Well. When it's rare and juicy it is, he supposes. ... Are these trees making him hungry too?

He cocks a brow at her.]

It is when it doesn't come by often where I come from. [A shake of her head with a thoughtful look.] They have to be shipped from other places.

[Right at the mention of dance, Sheryl takes a few steps back and twirls dramatically with a foot, pivoting back and forth with the other, arms outstretched to her sides. She looks quite elated doing this.]

Obviously! A performer who wants to control the stage must be able to do more than just sing.
