[There's a smirk right on Sheryl's face, a twinkle of mischief in her eyes. Even in times like these, it's good to joke around.]

Forty sit-ups, fifteen push-ups, and twenty laps around the room?

[savioring]

More like twenty-five push-ups, fifty sit-ups, and fifty squats. We can leave cardio for another day.

[May as well make the kids work hard for it. Exhaust them before sending them home.]

[galactically]

[... And suddenly, Sheryl finds a potential new assistant.]

I like the way you think! You should definitely help me out for fitness class.

[savioring]

[What.]

A fitness class?

[galactically]

That's right. I used to teach them every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Miss Elsa's temple.

[Thick amounts of pride embed in her tone as she speaks, smiling brightly until she falters with a knit of her brows.]

But ever since she and her temple disappeared, I haven't found a suitable place to teach them...

[So Sheryl tries to keep herself busy here.]

Don't look at my place. I've been there. It's not very friendly looking.

[galactically]

Not friendly for visitors, hmm?

[Okay, now she's earned some curiosity, complete with a light headtilt.]

I'll have to ask one of my friends just in case. He has a very huge gym.

[savioring]

[Most of the place is either a lush garden and a river teeming with fish that had teeth, or it looked a place only the dead reside.]

A gym? Is he a god of exercise?

[galactically]

Well, he is the patron of sports and all kinds of athletics!

[A small laugh]

Some kind of messenger for other gods, I think. Anyway, he's Hermes.

[savioring]

[That is a very unique god to be. A messenger? And sports and athletics? Sounds like a hassle.]

They have gods for everything here.

[galactically]

They really do. Some guy was apparently a god who gets moon cakes as offerings. He looks like a grim reaper.

[By the way that man dresses, which is the most memorable thing about him to her aside from insulting her job. Bleh.]

[savioring]

[Moon cake? Grim reaper? This just keeps getting weirder and weirder.]

With a scythe and everything?

[galactically]

Oh no, he's missing a scythe, but he did say he finds hearts or... something.

[She makes a vague gesture with a dainty flick of her wrist. Even she's confused by her own words.]

He doesn't make sense!

[savioring]

That... doesn't sound like someone I want to meet.

[galactically]

He said music and culture are "junk"! Definitely someone to avoid.

[No, she hasn't quite forgiven him for that... maybe.]

[savioring]

[... well, no, she wouldn't call them junk.]

He might just be a bitter person trying to drag others down.

[galactically]

I can't stand those type of irritating people! It's like they don't like seeing people happy.

[A pause with a scowl.]

They need to improve their lives first. All this negative energy can't be healthy.

[savioring]

[It's not.]

It would take a miracle for people like that to let go of their ways.

[Like it did with her.]

[galactically]

[A brief flash of her ex-manager comes to mind, all before Sheryl pushes it aside with a shake of her head.]

A miracle and a better perspective on life. Well, whatever... they're not worth thinking about!

[savioring]

Right.

[Hmm...] Unless I get a better offer, I'll consider helping you.

[galactically]

This is an offer I don't make often, but I appreciate it, Lightning.

[Now that Genos is gone, she thinks Lightning makes for a suitable replacement.]
