[ Hm. Nothing that stands out? Then maybe it's not important. It's been nagging him for the past few days though. ]

[Suddenly, understanding dawns on her face. And relief, since it's clearly not because she made someone angry or anything like that.]

Oh! It was him? That makes sense.

[Of course that probably clears nothing at all up for Konzen.]

Um, he probably just wanted to ask how I was doing or something like that. He knew me from before so..... maybe he's worried?

[As always, there is a sort of awkward, unpleasant feeling regarding the subject of 'before.' Of whatever life she used to lead. But it is nice to know there were people from that life who care about her.]

Oh.

[ That gives Konzen pause. He knows it's not safe to talk about her past life. He suddenly feels a bit wary of this 'Leo' character. He must be a god, if he remembers Elise. He wonders whether he should contact him and see what his intentions are... ]

I see.

[ He frowns. ]

You'll tell me if he comes around? Or bothers you in any way?

[Elise feels like she should add something in Leo's defense though. She sure doesn't want Konzen to get the wrong idea.]

But I don't think he'll bother me. He's really nice! Earlier today he showed me a cool magic trick.

Hm. All right.

[ Konzen's not sure he trusts the guy (how could he, he's never met the man...possibly something he should remedy?) but what can he do? Elise seems to like him enough, and Konzen can't really forbid her from seeing a friend. ]

[ Well, he'll probably keep an eye on her anyway because if she's anything like Goku, trouble will find her. ]

[ He snorts softly and starts cleaning off the egg from his lap. ]
