Lance is on his feet in an instant, all confrontation.]

What'd you say about my mom?!

[He can't help just laughing as he rocks back and shoves his hands in his pockets.]

[He whistles]

I'm not even trying here! Although I guess that tells me you're a God and not a Shinki, huh? God of what exactly, then...? Getting your leg pulled?

[Lance points an irritated finger at Schuldig, obviously still pretty pissed.]

It's one thing to joke around and make a guy eat the spiciest substance on earth without warning, but it's ENTIRELY different to insult his mom! You'd better take it back now!

[He's looming closer. Geez, Lance...]

[He gets a look on his face like he could be considering it - in reality he's debating about whether or not to ruin this kid's day even more.]

[Then he pins Lance to that spot, with his grimacing expression and mouth partly open and his finger outstretched and everything.]

Tantrums won't get you far here, kiddo.

[Whoa.

WHOA WHOA WHOA THIS ISN'T COOL.

Lance panics right away, but he can't move. He can't even talk properly with his mouth set like that.]

!! EEEEHH!!

[Please stop, oh my god, what's happening?!]

Hmph. Now you see.

[He lets Lance go, purposefully holding onto his feet though so that the guy falls forward in any flailing attempts. Then he lets his feet go too.]

You're way out of your league.

[Yeah, Schuldig, you got Lance good. The moment he's released, he lets out a yelp and starts windmilling forward. And when his feet don't come free, he immediately faceplants into the ground.]

Wha... what the hell was that?!

[He looks up from where he's lying, face covered in dirt. And red. Ow.]

God powers - the kind I'm sure you'll never be able to match.

[He's fine with convincing the guy that it's a power he could get access to, because he's that much of a troll, but even if Lance figures out that's not the case, he's still convinced that whatever powers this guy manifest won't be able to combat his level of control over people.]

[Lance glares at him.]

Yeah right! If I had my team, I'd be able to take you on in an instant!!

[He smirks at Lance again - nice and confident.]

[Just catch him without his team.]

Congrats on telling me your weakness.

[Lance... practically chokes on the air.]

[Schuldig crosses his arms.]

It's a weakness because, without it, you can't do something. And right now that something is taking me on. Which you can't do without your team.

[He leans forward over his feet.]

Funny, I was already planning on doing that.

[He crosses his arms over his chest.]

Didn't need your permission for it either.

[His grin gets broader.]

[That's when he teleports away, listening for Lance's reaction through telepathy.]
